Heavy tarnish on a brass doorknob? Watch Brasso cut through oxidation and restore a mirror shine—no power tools required. I load a Scott Blue Shop Towel with Brasso, work in small circles, then add a little Brasso directly on the brass to finish the cut. Steps (quick):  Load towel with Brasso → rub in small circles  Reapply a few drops directly on brass for stubborn tarnish  Flip to a clean towel section → final buff to mirror  Tips: moderate pressure, ventilated area, wear gloves, spot-test if plated hardware. 00:00Hello and welcome to skills and trade. In today's exciting video we're going to

00:06remove this heavy tarnish and then polish using this Brasso. So what we're

00:15going to do is take the Brasso polish and I'm going to place it on our Scott

00:20Blue shop towel and then I'm going to rub it into this tarnished brass doorknob

00:26and then we're going to keep rubbing it to reveal a mirror shine. I felt that the

00:32more I added the Brasso directly onto the brass doorknob, that it really helped

00:37with removing all the tarnish.

00:41I just wanted to quickly mention again that the more Brasso I used it really

00:57sped up the time it took to remove all this tarnish so don't be afraid to keep

01:01adding it.

01:24After we're all done polishing I'm going to take a fresh Scott Blue shop towel to wipe

01:30away any spare polish. And that's one to say I think this Brasso polish worked

01:36really well and it really made this brass doorknob shine and get rid of all the
