Potato, goat, big meat mince recipe
Ingredients:
Mince: Half a kilo ،Potato: Two pieces ،Onion: Two pieces ,Tomato: Two pieces ,Ginger-garlic paste: One tablespoon ,Oil: One cup ,Salt: To taste ,Red chili powder: One teaspoon ,Cereal powder: Half a teaspoon
Coriander powder: One teaspoon ,Turmeric powder: One-fourth teaspoon ,Green chilies: Two pieces
Green coriander: As required ,Hot spices: As required
Method / Recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. ,Add ginger garlic paste and fry until fragrant. Add minced meat and fry on high heat until its water dries up. ,Add chopped tomatoes and mix well and fry for two to three minutes. ,Add salt, red chili, cumin, coriander and turmeric powder and fry the spices well. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add two cups of water, cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender. Add the potatoes to the mince and fry for another two to three minutes. When the potatoes are tender, remove the lid and drain the water. Add the crushed red chillies, green chillies, hot spices and coriander leaves and mix. Cover and cook for one to two minutes and serve with naan or rice.
