00:23but maybe stopping so many holiday homes second houses airbnbs might be a way to

00:31go because there's so many homes that are uninhabited most of the year and

00:35people that need homes for young people it's really difficult these days because

00:39you know that our house prices prices in houses such a big multiple of income in

00:46my parents they go way way way back it was three times the income on that back in

00:51the sixties but now now people are paying eleven twelve times so it's very

00:59difficult
