Balance is not just about what’s real, but what the mind believes to be true.

Sherelle shared this clip of a gentleman who pretended to place a can on a little girl’s head, but in reality, there was no can at all.

The little girl, however, was fully convinced she had a can balanced on her head and became very conscious of keeping it steady.

Sometimes, the brain insists on playing its own tricks, making the invisible feel weighty and real.
