00:13We were really contracted, you know, to release Stay in Power.
00:19It's weird, because when you say Stay in Power, if you will remember, from the origins until 2005,
00:28I was free freestyler. In 2005, I left. And then one by one, my other bandmates left.
00:35And then for some crazy universal quirk or divine, you know, plan,
00:45nahulog sa palad ko yung freestyler ulit.
00:49And then I had to think, what am I gonna do with this?
00:52And then that's when I thought, it's in my hands again for a reason.
01:00So maybe I'll pick up where I left off, which is all about writing songs and sharing original music.
01:11So, union. And because it's about writing songs, I would say it's the songs.
01:20I say, apart from the songs, the only things that really, I think, factor in a band standing the test of time
01:29is number one commitment and professionalism, of course, and human relationships.
01:38But if those fall off the table, so to speak, I think it's the songs that help an artist stay, you know,
01:53and stand the test of time. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's what makes an artist, an artist who is known for songs
02:02that have become or are becoming classy.
02:05If you can, if you can listen to the song until now, it still resonates with you.
02:10I think it's the songs.
02:11Conceptually, if there's no working title, you can think, what can we call the song?
02:18The show.
02:19I think it's about time, of course, when we finish it's about time, it's like, it's not what happens.
02:28But that's the automatic interpretation.
02:34But really, it alludes to the fact that all of our actions, all of our thoughts,
02:42it's really about time.
02:44It's always been about time.
02:47Whatever the time you spend here, the time that you're not spending wherever else, the time that we hope we had more of, the time that we cherish, everything is all, at the end, it's time that's sticking away.
03:05That became the whole unifying thread for what is intended for the 19th.
03:12Then, while the 19th, I think, everything just showed up on September 19th, even our special guest was available.
03:22The new callers are going to join us on stage at some point, and that's the new part performing our skit.
03:32Of course, you'll be hearing the OG timeless hits of freestyle, reimagined, I mean, with our new sound, because of course, we have to keep up with the times.
03:45And so we updated all those. And then, of course, you'll be hearing our newest music, our newest releases.
03:52So far, we've, since we've relaunched, we've had already, you know, five? Five songs.
04:00And then, even on that day, our latest single called Surrender You, we will be performing it for the very first time.
04:06Like, for everybody there. So we haven't, we haven't performed that.
04:08Actually, yeah. And then, on the day, I think it's going to be released also on all streaming platforms on the same day.
04:15And, of course, there are a lot of people there.
04:17We'll be, we'll be serenading, you know, our guests with certain special betties and influences namin, our salute to OPM, and then some.
04:28Of course, I don't know what to say. But it will be, it's going to be a really fun show.
04:32I'm not surprised.
04:32My wife has surprised us. And then, yeah, we're so privileged and happy that Neo Colors will be with us.
04:38Another iconic, legendary band we look up to. So we're super happy that they're going to be gracing their presence there.
