00:09The National Police confirmed that since the early hours of the morning, they received multiple alerts about the road closure affecting traffic to the north of the city of Quito, and that they had to ask the citizens to take alternative routes.
00:23Protesters demanded that the government address both the increase in the price of Tiso and improved road safety.
