00:35Desde Palworld's release, hemos enviado 5 major updates,
00:39each adding new mechanics and improving the game in various ways.
00:43Versión 0.2 introduced Raids,
00:45a feature many fans have enjoyed and one we've continued to expand.
00:49Versión 0.3 brought the first new island, Sakurajima,
00:53along with many new pals and quality of life features.
00:56Versión 0.4 shut things up with Faberate,
01:00a large new landmass, new faction, new pals and many new mechanics.
01:05Versión 0.5 brought crossplay to Palworld,
01:08allowing players on any system to finally play together.
01:12And finally, version 0.6, Tides of Terraria,
01:15was the long-anticipated Terraria collab,
01:17accompanied by many more quality of life improvements and new features.
01:24Now, we've reached a crossroads and need to decide what comes next.
01:29While we have a lot of ideas for where we want to take Palworld,
01:32we also need to start thinking about Palworld 1.0.
01:35Beyond just adding new content,
01:37there's a lot of cleanup that needs to be done
01:39before Palworld can exit early access.
01:42It's no secret that Palworld has a lot of quirks and jank,
01:46and we want to take the time to properly address those
01:48before releasing the game.
01:50With that in mind,
01:51we plan to start that cleanup this year.
01:53Our goal is to ultimately release Palworld next year, in 2026,
01:58and we think taking the time now to fix those problems
02:00will ultimately lead to a better game.
02:03So, what does this mean?
02:06It means that things will be a little quiet from us
02:09for the rest of this year.
02:11It also means our winter update won't be as big as Feybreak was.
02:15We hope our players understand
02:17that we're taking this extra time to improve the game overall.
02:22Now, that said, it doesn't mean there will be no updates,
02:25but we still do have a few surprises planned
02:27for our winter update this year.
02:29We just want to be transparent about where we're headed
02:32and the development of Palworld going forward.
02:35Development of Palworld is not slowing down or scaling back.
02:39Quite the opposite.
02:40Palworld 1.0 will be a major milestone for us,
02:44and we have a truly massive amount of content planned
02:47for the 1.0 update.
02:49Rather than rushing it,
02:50we believe that laying the right foundation now
02:52will lead to a better game in the end.
02:55We're really excited about this,
02:57and we hope our fans will be really excited about this too.
03:00We plan to share some sneak peeks about Palworld 1.0
03:04in the very near future.
03:06A quick note on Pocket Pairs' future.
03:09Many of you may already know this,
03:11but in January of this year,
03:13we launched Pocket Pairs Publishing.
03:15Pocket Pairs Publishing was born out of the desire
03:17to give back to the industry
03:19and help fun games get made.
03:21Thanks to Palworld's success,
03:23we're in a very lucky position
03:25and are able to help other developers and take risks.
03:28We want to use our success to help support others.
03:32Pocket Pairs Publishing won't be developing games,
03:34but rather we'll be helping other developers
03:36with things like funding, marketing, distribution
03:39or just offering them some advice.
03:42We're already working with a number of developers
03:44and teams from around the world,
03:46and we hope you'll look forward to the games
03:48that these teams are working on.
03:51Pocket Pairs is also working on some other things.
03:54We don't have much we can talk about or share at the moment,
03:57but as the company grows,
03:58we continue to experiment with other ideas for games.
04:02Of course, right now,
04:03most of the company's focus is on Palworld,
04:06but we want to stay true to our roots,
04:08which is why we've got several smaller teams
04:10tinkering away at ideas
04:12that hopefully will turn into fun games for you all to play.
04:15We'll have more to share about this in the near future as well.
04:21Once again, thank you all for your continued support
04:24of Palworld and Pocket Pairs.
04:26We will continue to try our best
04:28and communicate more openly with you, our fans,
04:31about what is going on.
04:32We love making games,
04:34and nothing makes us happier
04:35than when you, our fans,
04:37enjoy the games that we create.
04:39On behalf of everyone here at Pocket Pairs,
04:41thank you very, very much.
