00:05How important is it that we kind of see the Phil of a couple of years ago for you guys this season?

00:10Obviously a lot of senior players have left, Kevin's left, Phil's had that kind of difficult year last year,

00:16he's only played 15 minutes so far this season, how important is it that he gets back to his best

00:19and what can you guys do about him getting back to his best, is it just a case of playing?

00:23Yeah, he's the first I'm looking for, desperate to feel happy and the joy and every training session,

00:34he's smiling his face and can contribution so one of the reasons why last season we struggled

00:40because we miss him a lot in the final third and the creativity and the work ethic and yeah, top with that.

00:50Do you sense then that he is back to that player who was so dominant when you won the league two years ago,

00:56the best player in England, do you sense in training that he's getting back there and he just needs to be fit?

01:00You know, we have a glimpse of, oh he's coming back and after a knock, one week then he's stopped

01:07and after a comeback and another knock and one, he had not had to be, all the players to come back

01:14has to be, you know, play games and be, you know, day by day, that is what you have to try to do.

01:23Pep, ever since you came to Manchester United have either been in a state of turmoil, change, transition

01:28after Sir Alex Ferguson's years of success here.

01:33Yet throughout all that time when United have been way more unstable than Manchester City,

01:40they've always had a propensity to get a victory on Derby Day, sometimes at the Etihad, occasionally at Old Trafford,

01:48but they've got a decent record at the Etihad. They did it again last season, a few years ago,

01:53scored a couple of goals to get United from behind to win. Does that make this a dangerous fixture still?

02:00Listen, always I thought about that. There are teams that beat us, you know, at the end, at the end is, of course,

02:06all the respect for United, you know, I'm so nice. I have a huge respect for history and what they have done in the past,

02:15the legacy for the English football, legacy for football. So they beat us, they beat us. At the end is, finish the season.

02:21You know, in the 90s, always was in front, maybe Man City beat them sometimes, home and away,

02:28and in 27 years, they won 30 times the Premier League. So in the last nine years, we won six times the Premier League.

05:03You know, all of us, we play tennis sometimes, play golf, but it's another game.

05:17In terms of individual sportsmen, obviously you're relying purely on yourself to perform here.

05:22Is there something different that you can take to take to Erling and the other players and things like that?

05:28In terms of mindset, no.

05:29In terms of mindset, we have a lot to learn of these kind of guys

05:32because they saw every point and senior Alcaraz, for example,

05:36and every point that they lost or miss one shot just in the sadness one second.

05:43Another one, see his manager's trainer, they said, let's go, let's go, let's do it.

05:48The body language were unbelievable.

05:51The mindset can be the same.

05:52But when you analyse one player, other player is playing bad.

05:56Let's play with 10 more.
