00:12People are very enthusiastic. That's where waiting the Prime Minister's audience is busy. We don't care about the sun, about the rain, about the weather. But only we do care, we do love our Prime Minister's audience.
00:24So you see the peoples. So weather can't deter the Prime Minister's business?
00:28Nothing, nothing. Nobody can stop it. Nobody can stop it. You see the peoples. How many peoples, you know, huge number of people are coming.

00:39Yeah, historic. A historic. And will this, you know, usher in renewed hope and peace in Manipur?
00:45We have a high-level plan of bringing peace in the state of Manipur, peace in the development, you know. That is the motto. That's why we are here.

01:01And for 8,500 crore worth of project, which the PM is going to kick off and inaugurate, but the Congress is saying that he's not addressing the main problem and that is the crisis and the conflict.
01:11No, no, no. He's meeting with the IDP, internally displaced persons. He's focusing on it. He's meeting both in Chuchampur and in Phal also. He's doing his job.
01:24He's made the effort of taking the road trip to Chuchampur.
01:27Congress always unnecessary backing wherever they want. But people doesn't listen. Don't care of Congress.

01:43You can see he's overseeing the preparations and I will just try and show this is the place where the Prime Minister is going to come just a short while from now.
01:52At this point in time, he is en route to Chuchampur. His route has been altered. He was supposed to come to Chuchampur from Aizol through the air route.
02:05However, due to inclement weather and incessant rain, the plan was changed. So, the Prime Minister landed at the Imphal airport and then from Imphal airport, he took the road route to Chuchampur where he will be addressing internally displaced people.
02:23He would be addressing a gathering there. And then again, he will come back to Imphal Valley and then do the same here at this historic Kangla Fort, as you can see behind me.
02:34And we can see already lots and lots of people who are braving the rain in Imphal, in Manipur right now.
02:42And specifically, a lot of women, number of women, large number of women who are slowly entering, braving the rain to hear the Prime Minister speak.
02:54This, of course, is a visit that comes two years since the ethnic conflict broke out in the state of Manipur.
03:01And there is a lot of anticipation and hope as to what the Prime Minister is going to, you know, say at this very public meeting and the kind of roadmap that he lays down before Manipur in its route to peace.
