00:00A bus carrying Indian pilgrims was attacked in Nepal's capital.
00:03Protesters hurled bricks, smashing windows, assaulting passengers and looting valuables,
00:09including mobile phones, bags and women's jewelry.
00:12The 46 tourists from Andhra Pradesh had traveled to Nepal for the darshan of the Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu.
00:18And this happened on their return journey to India.
00:30The gate was broken, and the bag was broken, and the mobile was also broken.
00:34And after that, the gun was killed by the darshan.
00:37Several were badly injured.
00:39With help from the Nepal army, they received medical aid,
00:42and eventually all 46 were flown to Delhi on an Air India flight.
00:45But not everyone made it home safely.
00:47A couple from Ghaziabad visiting Kathmandu jumped from the fourth floor of their hotel when rioters set it on fire.
00:53The husband survived, but his wife died during treatment.
00:56Her body was handed over to grieving relatives at the Indo-Nepal border.
01:00And it's not just tourists.
01:02Some Indian media teams covering the unrest have also been attacked.
01:06What began as protests has spiraled into targeted attacks,
01:09leaving Indians in Nepal vulnerable and fearful.
