02:01withheld her true identity for nine years.

02:05This concealment has raised legitimate suspicions

02:09and complicated the investigation of Mrs. Jocelyn Santos' death.

02:14However, we must judge the accused not by perception or assumption,

02:20but by evidence.

02:21A credible witness has come forward.

02:26The court found his testimony consistent, detailed,

02:30and untainted by personal gain or malice.

02:34His account and his film evidence cast serious doubt on the prosecution's claim

02:39that the accused committed the crime.

02:43The prosecution has failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt

02:47that the accused, Carolina Astor, is guilty of the crime of murder.

02:52Therefore, this court finds the accused.
