00:08Gen Z you know I'm like I don't know I felt like you know I got along I honestly felt like I got

00:16along with Gia I just like there was a point where we're forced to make a choice about something and

00:23I just got as deadly honest about it as I could and so it's like um I didn't know what else to do I

00:32didn't know how to handle certain things um and I didn't know how to um manage a confrontation

00:37afterwards about why did you pick me I well we live in a modern world there's things I cannot say

00:44why I'm just like because you remind me of my daughter and I wouldn't ever let her get on that

00:52plane you know so in reality it was like it's a tough world you know like it'll surprise you

01:05who is strong in some places and who's weakened in places you wouldn't have expected them to be

01:10um it's just um well it's surprised when some some of our peers um tapped out because they hadn't been

01:19pushed and I was like stick it out man and and I really in the beginning I naively thought wouldn't

01:27it be cool if we graduated or you know selected more people than ever on special forces like I was

01:33like wouldn't it be cool if there's like five of us or six of us or ten of us it's just naive you

01:39know and so it's like I wanted everybody to be there the party was funner with everyone

01:43and uh so I I was just like what I there was a point for me where there's a realization that

01:54all of us had more gas than we believed um and you just have to mind over body and uh I I just

02:04on that belief I naively thought well we're we could all make it the show that I've done for so many

02:10years um has come to a head with what I consider a consummate failure our families broke up you

02:16know and um it's so you know doing special forces was a phenomenal pivot away from that because um the

02:27challenge is very different it's full-on focus my family isn't there you know um I have a new family

02:35basically because these peers that I'm doing this with are my new family and some of them uh think

02:42I'm cool and some of them want me to shut up you know it's like it's just like family you know is an

02:48experience that was but um I have love and respect for all of them but at the same time it's like I

02:55don't know if we work very well together in another life you know
