00:27Listening skills, however unimportant they seem, can make a whole difference in the life of a lawyer.

00:35Good lawyers need emotional intelligence not to be confused with emotional attachment in order to

00:39understand how their clients feel. They must listen keenly to create a connection with their clients.

00:45The modern world also expects a lawyer who is empathetic to the client.

00:50Financial Knowledge

00:52Lawyers must have a good grasp of financial literacy.

00:55You must be in the capacity to explain to your clients why you charge them specific amount of
