Speaker Romualdez taps former lawmaker as his spokesman
Robert Ace Barbers, former Surigao del Norte 2nd district representative says in an interview on Sept. 10, 2025 that he has accepted the role of spokesman for Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez.
