01:04Bella and I connected in person first and I think Bella came to hang out with me in New York and you

01:10were with her and you came to my apartment and was Haley there she might have been there yeah I feel

01:15like there was a couple people that was such a time it was such a time I think we can walk in

01:26over here that's real water that's like a huge funnel real water as opposed to a set

01:31sometimes I can like really get into active things where I think that I can pull it off

01:41because I used to play volleyball and then it just goes horribly wrong but that was pretty good

02:00you not still ride especially living where you live now I guess the priority for me is like giving Kai

02:06my time when I'm with her and then when I'm not with her that's when I work so it's like you don't

02:13have too much time for it yeah so like with riding I do it when I'm with her and then when I'm not

02:18with her I'm usually not at the farm do you miss it no because I still am around horses and I think

02:24about like competing and I miss volleyball in the same way for the competition but I can't be a good

02:32teammate that's there every week it's the same with the horse like I'm that's fair if you can't put

02:37in the time then I'm not I just want to win I feel like I'd recommend getting back into

02:44anything that you did especially like when you were young that you were just purely in love with

02:48I would recommend getting back into it like Hayley I always tell her she should go like

02:52do ballet classes and things like that because it's something she loved when she was younger and

02:57I don't know there's something so like therapeutic and like nostalgic about it it's good for the soul

03:02I've been thinking about that concept a lot in the last few years of just things that bring back

03:07childlike joy my childlike self is here as well because I just grew up you spent a lot of time here

04:36and like especially keep being able to like grow up together in this unique environment it's

04:46even though we didn't fully know each other start spending time until we were working I feel like

04:54we could relate to each other in a lot of ways of like what

04:57the world perceived of us or then like expectations

05:02of us were based on what the world like knows or thinks they know to be able to have something real and grounded within it

05:12but like you said also be able to understand each other is just important and I don't take it for granted

06:49you've done such a good job of finding your balance in life working and living out

06:58and i think that's what makes you one of the most sane people in this industry

07:03like you're like a fully therapized like developed human being

07:07it's not i'm definitely not perfect at all and i have my for sure

07:11of course but i mean but you like handle

07:13we both had to learn that from experience and i think you have to get

07:18burnt out to learn how to not be burnt out

07:23you have to almost have that

07:24what is it you have to have a breakdown to break through is what they say

07:28i feel like i had to have that moment to then come out the other side to find that

07:47in way i guess like in ways i've

07:51taught myself more to just be open to whatever comes and like ready for that

07:56we were talking about earlier just more in that childlike mindset

07:59and kai helps with that to just see everything like through her perspective be present

08:04but i i used to think i was a planner like i was like i'm gonna be married at 29 and have a kid

08:09at 30. yeah i feel like and then life kind of happens right exactly and then you're just kind

08:13of like oh we don't have control trust the ride fully yeah trust the ride be ready for it be like

08:19present yeah surrender to the universe is like what i always tell myself especially when things are

08:24like when things are going great but also when things are like not going so great i think you

08:28have to remind yourself like there is a bigger plan and at some point everything will make sense

08:35because i think back to even times in my life where i felt like maybe lost or confused or upset

08:40everything worked out exactly the way it was supposed to we have to feel all of the bad stuff

08:46in life to appreciate the good and to sit with the good right like and sit with the bad

08:53well the bad i feel like is is like almost as weird as this sounds like easier to sit with

08:57because you can sit in sadness for me at least like i can sit in sadness so easy and then happiness

09:03feels like it goes by yeah it's like when they say like when your time flies and you're having fun

09:08yeah and i'm like you have to like hold on to those moments or at least like put your feet

09:12like plant your feet on the ground and say like i'm here and this is great and amazing and like feel

09:17really yeah just have that moment of gratitude i guess i'm proud of you kid me too

09:32we may we've been through we did it we've been through so much

09:38so much that not everyone knows about kenny no you make me laugh you make me laugh
