00:00This is one thing that I do every single morning that I absolutely love
00:06I am a huge fan of the Pomodoro technique
00:10which is basically just a fancy way of saying that we should work for 25 minute blocks with intense focus
00:19and then take 5 minutes off to rest and recharge
00:23so when my alarm goes off in the morning I get up and I immediately start working on my most important task of the day
00:33I work for 25 minutes straight with intense focus until my timer goes off
00:42and then I take 5 minutes to do something that I enjoy
00:47like reading a book or scrolling through social media
00:52and then I repeat this process for the rest of the day
00:56This is one of the best ways to get things done
01:00and it's also great for your mental health because you re-forcing yourself to take breaks and to rest
01:09So if you're feeling overwhelmed or unmotivated try the Pomodoro technique
