00:42And then, to no one's surprise, Penny has gone missing.

00:56decides to do the usual thing, which is phoning her boyfriend for help.

01:10The Car Patrol, usually doing the rinse-screen-repeat stuff they do in almost every single episode,
01:16would realize what's going on and, of course, off they go.
01:19And here we are, off we go, saving the day, like all other episodes.

01:29The searching scene begins, and honestly, I'm not even gonna show it to you because it's very boring.
01:34Apparently, Matt used his magnifying glass, and surprise, surprise, there were helicopter tracks.
01:41Gee, I wonder who landed there.
01:43Apparently, then it comes to the conclusion that Penny could be trapped in the hangar.
01:48Eventually, Frank saves Penny from the hangar, which would be great if we didn't see rescue scenes happening in almost every single episode.
01:59Surprise, surprise, it was Hector who locked Penny in the hangar.
02:02Amber actually is aware of what Hector did, and Hector feels rightfully remorseful.
02:10Hector does apologize for his actions, but barely even managed to get away with them.
02:17Amber thankfully says that everyone has something they're good at, and can make the show better.
02:23Though I guess what would make Hector better is that he would get an ass-whipping from Frank, because he deserves it.

02:30Later on, the air show is in full swing.

02:36And he ruined it.
02:41And thankfully, this episode has a good ending, but Hector manages to get away with his crime.

03:07We had to deal with a tremendously boring search scene, and then we find out that Hector did actually lock Penny in the hangar.
03:16And even after all of that was taken care of, he was barely punished or scolded for his actions, and was allowed to take place in the air show.
