00:00The plans for Frank Lloyd Wright's last unbuilt design were on Frank's drawing board when he
00:06passed away. My mom and I are the only ones that get to build it. The proposal is to build this
00:14house designed in 1959 by Frank Lloyd Wright. To take this piece of art and to have them change it
00:21would be very hurtful. Happy groundbreaking day! It is a lot of stress to figure out if we're doing
00:28it right. We're trying to go for the authentic. That is literally all the concrete we have left.
00:33It has to be the right color. That stone is square. We can't have squares. You can't make a cabinet
00:38smaller. Hey, you got to do what you got to do. We've had some great days. Oh wow. This is mid-century
00:45modern all the way. And we've had days that all I want to do is crawl back into bed and cry. The
00:50whole grid is off three and a half inches. Every time we think we're going forward we step back.
00:55A house is a home. And we're going to have a piece of our own little history. One retired
01:00lady and one never built a house lady. What's your wish? On time and under budget.
01:07It's not going to be easy, but we're determined to build the last right.
01:11it's not going to be easy. Yeah.
01:33you
