00:15And a talking state is something that I've never heard before.
00:18So before I dated my girlfriend, you know, we talked for a good amount of time.
00:21And, you know, I didn't know if we were boyfriend and girlfriend.
00:24So I just assumed in front of everyone that, you know, she was my girlfriend.
00:26And when she came to see me in Paris, I was introducing her as my girlfriend.
00:30And she was just a bit confused because I never asked, like, you know, like the kind of high school way of saying, like, do you want to be my girlfriend?
00:37So I've never done that.
00:38And I think that's the main difference when it comes to dating American women and French women is when you're dating a French woman, it's something that you assume pretty quickly.
00:47That there's a vibe, there's a chemistry, you guys are obviously having sex.
00:51And so it's kind of a relationship, right?
00:52And I think in the U.S. you've got to put labels if you want to make it exclusive, which I think that that's not how we do it.
