00:00UUUUUUUUUUUU
00:02UUUUUUUUUU
00:24Hello everyone, how are you?
00:26you. I'm Gabelo from the Gabelo Entertainment channel. A while ago, a series was released in
00:33cartoon from the franchise O Bicho Vai Pegar on TV Ilustre Amigo, and in today's video, we will talk
00:39whether this series is good or not. But before the video starts, leave your like and subscribe to
00:46channel, and activate the bell to receive all notifications. Anyway, let's get to the video.
00:52What is this series? This is an animated series from O Bicho Vai Pegar called O Paniciasm, Call of Nature no
01:00original, or O Bicho Vai Pegar, the call of the wild, as it was here in Brazil. This is an animated series
01:07based on the franchise The Beast Will Catch by Sony Pictures Animation made in partnership with the company Nine Story
01:14Media, owner of some cartoons such as Daniel Tiger, Maxi Ruby, Natu Gato, Adventures with the Crats, and etc.,
01:21etc., and being animated by the Brownback Films studio, which produces some series for channels
01:27television series. The series is directed by Mark Thornton and Toti Kalkman, both of whom also directed
01:33a Cartoon Network cartoon that many of you may remember, Total Drama, or Total Drama Island,
01:39as it was here in Brazil. In other words, despite being in partnership with companies like Vibrain,
01:45she is in good hands. The series was released in October 2023 in Brazil and Latin America,
01:52It can be seen on broadcast TV on Discovery Kids, and streaming on Discovery Plus. Until the exact
02:00At the time of this video, it has a total of one season and 52 episodes of 11 minutes each.
02:07What is the series about? The series is about the characters from O Bicho Vai Pegar, such as Borro,
02:13Elliot and his friends end up discovering an abandoned camp in the middle of nowhere and embark on a
02:19adventure to create a new place for animals to live and embrace their wild side. In addition to
02:25Elliot and Borro, other characters like Shaggy, Ian, Gisele and Max Kizzy are also present
02:32in the series, not to mention other characters like one of those possums and that weird Sonic,
02:38and also new characters like Kiki, who looks like a hybrid between a monkey and a sloth, and Morro,
02:44a vulture that looks like a turkey. Since I don't have the money to watch this cartoon on Discovery Plus,
02:50I had to watch everything here on YouTube, but I could only find about 8 episodes in Portuguese,
02:56So here's a spoiler warning in case you haven't seen it. Starting with the first episode,
03:03he's basically the beginning, Borro and Elliot are having trouble opening some cans of food,
03:10and a circus car ends up knocking over a box that had the monkey Kiki, and after meeting each other,
03:16The two promise to make her wild, but she ends up giving up and deciding to return to the circus with the help of
03:23them, and after almost dying, Kiki saves Borro and Elliot and she decides to become wild.
03:29One thing I have to talk about is the dubbing, which finally brought back the old voice actors,
03:35but Elliot's was a bit messed up, he seems a bit robotic.
03:39What? What happened? Where am I? I saw a white light, no, I saw two white lights, I was dying.
03:48Yes, savages, all the time.
03:51Going into the second episode, it starts with some vultures wanting flesh, but one of them called Nornacaba
04:03being rejected by the others, and while he was running away, Nornacaba was captured by Max Kizi.
04:09And when dawn broke, Norn said she would change to return to her pack,
04:13So Borro and Elliot try everything to make him a carliceiro, but they end up failing.
04:19Until the vultures capture Max Kizi and his squirrels, and thanks to Norn, he and the squirrels
04:25scare away the vultures, and everyone begins to accept him.
04:29One thing I thought was funny in this episode is Max Kizi's dubbing, he doesn't remember the voice actor
04:35original of the films.
04:47Going into the third episode, it starts with the camp, going to a beach in a cave
04:53have fun, but end up being interrupted by naked mole rats who start
04:58to make them sick.
05:00Then they come up with a plan for Max Kizi, to disguise himself as one to find out more, but he ends up finding out
05:06that they are good people, and in the end, they both enjoyed the beach in peace.
05:11A curious moment is that the naked mole rats have already managed to sink the mammoth and
05:17the sphinx, would this be a reference to the fall of the Ice Age franchise.
05:21Nothing to do with it, brother.
05:24Going into the fourth episode, it starts with Borro and Elliot arguing, because
05:28One was messy and the other snored a lot, and they ended up sleeping separately.
05:34Boi sleeps at his house and Elliot sleeps first at the dump, then with Shaggy and finally
05:39with the possum.
05:40In the end, the others prank Elliot and Boi to make peace.
05:46Another funny voice is Shaggy's, which is very strange.
05:50And look, a really big rock.
05:51Very big.
05:52Oh, it's nothing like that.
05:53These locks are just to stop me from leaving here.
05:56Wow, what crap.
06:00Going into the fifth episode, it starts with Shaggy Elliot taking some things out of the trash
06:06thrown away by spoiled Petes.
06:08Until a female hairless cat questions Max Kizzy about the robberies.
06:13Until they get a retired police dog, where they try to make him have fun.
06:19But he was very obedient.
06:21Then Max Kizzy decides to investigate who was stealing the things.
06:25Then all you had to do was say "take a break" and the dog would sleep like a log.
06:28In the end, he ends up becoming the bodyguard of that hairless female cat.
06:33The dog in this episode resembles the Doberman from the second film.
06:37Now in the sixth episode, Boog and Jim Cleman were looking for berries.
06:44But Boog ends up eating them all.
06:46And desperate, he finds the last bush.
06:49But he gets tangled in a web and is attacked by a swarm.
06:53With Jim Cleman all torn up, Norn decides to sew him up and return him to Boog.
06:58But when he realizes that Jim Cleman is missing, he becomes paranoid about his disappearance.
07:03And suspicious of everyone and tired of looking for his teddy bear.
07:08Boog ends up thinking it was Max Kizzy who caught him.
07:11And a curiosity.
07:12Max Kizzy makes tea with dolls.
07:15Is he?
07:16Anyway, back to the episode.
07:19Norn sees Boog frustrated with Jim Cleman's disappearance and is afraid of being expelled.
07:24And when Boog steals Max Kizzy's dolls.
07:26Norn decides to confess that she took Jim Cleman and fixed him.
07:30And Boog apologizes to everyone.
07:33I just found it weird that he used to call his bear backpack Pimpão in the movies.
07:38But in the series they took his original name LOL But Ok.
07:44Pimp!
07:46And my little bear friend backpack on my back.
07:49Tell me, Jim Cleman.
07:50What?
07:52Now in the seventh episode.
07:54Boog draws himself and Elliot on a rock to symbolize their friendship.
07:59And a plane passes by and out comes a wolf called Wild Wolf.
08:02Who claims to have a wild spirit.
08:04And Boog starts to suspect him.
08:07After some strange behavior from the wolf.
08:10Boog starts telling Elliot how strange the wolf has been since the day he arrived.
08:15Then he builds a trap to capture the monster the wolf said.
08:19Then Boog makes a stone with a design symbolizing the friendship between them.
08:24But the wolf pretends to be attacked by the boogo.
08:27And he decides to leave the camp.
08:30Then Shaggy tells Boog that the wolf tried to kill him to eat him.
08:34And after hearing this, he sees his friends almost becoming wolf barbecue.
08:39Then he rolls the rock with the drawing of Elliot saving his friends.
08:43And after a rush, Boog manages to corner him.
08:47And after showing his wild side, the wolf falls into a river.
08:51And he promises that he will take revenge on the characters.
08:54But in the end he ends up being killed by the monster he had said.
08:58Its silhouette looked like a turtle similar to the one in the film Bermuda Bottoms.
09:04Good thing the wild wolf wasn't the wolf from Puss in Boots 2.
09:09Now on the eighth episode, the last one I could find.
09:15It starts with Boog and Elliot finding a can of whipped cream.
09:18And they try to catch her.
09:20But it turns out that Ian was almost crushed by a tree.
09:24And accidentally Boog and Elliot push him.
09:26And Ian ends up thinking it was Elliot.
09:29And how he had a code of honor among the alpha servants.
09:32Elliot could do anything and Ian would obey.
09:35But he starts to get super protective of him.
09:38And tired of this, Boog and Elliot decide to come up with a plan to put an end to it.
09:44Max and Boog create a species of antelope bear to make this happen.
09:49But it gets out of control and Ian and Elliot are cornered by two real antelope bears.
09:54Then Elliot confesses that he didn't save Ian.
09:57And the mechanical antelope bear scares away the real ones.
10:00And almost kills Ian and Elliot.
10:02And then Boog saves him.
10:03And remembering that code of honor of servants.
10:06He orders the painting that demonstrated this tradition to be erased.
10:10I forgot to mention that Gisele has the voice of Sandy and SpongeBob lol.
10:15Shame on you Max Quiz.
10:18We are not like that.
10:19And no...
10:20Final considerations.
10:27Particularly.
10:28I thought this series was very good.
10:30She is not a masterpiece.
10:31Like the third season of Camp Cretaceous.
10:35But he managed to be better than the animal.
10:37Go get three and four.
10:38And even a little bit of both.
10:40It just doesn't come close to the first film.
10:42The only things I didn't like.
10:44It was the lack of some characters.
10:47Like the Pacos.
10:48The other ganga.
10:49It is clear.
10:49The lack of human characters.
10:51The lack of that nostalgic madness of the first film.
10:55And also the secondary role of Kiki.
10:57Which in episode 1 had a big role.
11:00But from the following onwards it became secondary.
11:04Other things I didn't like.
11:05There were changes of some characters.
11:08Specifically Elliot's.
11:09Gisele Sausage.
11:10But Mauro Ramos as Borug and Guilherme Briggs as Ian.
11:14Congratulations.
11:16The animation for the series is actually good.
11:18It's kind of weird.
11:19Because we've gotten used to 3D characters.
11:22But the 2D in the series is great.
11:25With all this.
11:26My grade for this series is 7, 10.
11:29Because it managed to be better than all the sequels in the franchise.
11:33Except 1.
11:34She even entertained me while I watched.
11:36So here's my recommendation for anyone who wants to see something new.
11:40But then guys.
11:42That was the video.
11:43I hope you enjoyed it.
