00:39I want to thank Bill Boyd for this, honor me with this award.

00:45I feel like I should have won this, like, three, four, five times.

00:51But me being the guy I am low-key, not promoting myself, letting my artists shine, they don't recognize that.

01:01But tonight is that night.
01:06This might be, uh, the MVP trophy of the music industry.
01:11But I want to thank, uh, my team, my family, my artists who are trusting me with their vision, trusting my leadership, and let me, you know, show them the way and just take over the world.
01:28So, uh, I just stand by, you know, what I believe in.
01:34I bet on myself.
01:35I trust my team.
01:38When I start doing that, the culture bless me.
01:43So, stand, you know, stand on what you believe in and hustle like you broke.

02:13Like, I don't know if I've seen, like, um, the type of leader that my pops is and just really setting a hard example.
02:20And that's what me and points just want to continue to carry forth.
02:24Keep going and build off of the 20 years that you set forth and kick that door down for us, dog.
02:30Um, I'm forever a student, forever a humble one, forever going to follow top lead on whatever we do.
