01:31Mostly Democrat governors did the mandates, and they did a very poor thing.
01:36You know, in retrospect, they made a big mistake having to do with the education of children.

01:43The mandate was a bad thing. I was against the mandate.
01:45I'm going to require, and first of all, anybody who wants to take a vaccine,

01:54If you want a vaccine or if you want to vaccinate your children,
01:57those vaccines will be available.

02:06When I was a kid, there were three vaccines, and I took all three.
02:10There were three that were mandatory, that were recommended,

02:15And I was compliant.
02:18Today, there are 72, and we're going up to now, I think, 77 or 79 with the annual COVID vaccines.
02:29So, and not one of those, with the exception of the COVID vaccine,
02:33not one of those vaccines has been tested prior to licensure in placebo-controlled trials,
02:41which are required for every other medication.
02:43So, what I would do as president is I would require placebo-controlled trials,
02:49long-term safety trials that will look at efficacy, will look at safety.
