00:07On Friday, the Trump administration announced plans to slash foreign aid by a total of 4.9
00:12billion U.S. dollars.
00:14Though WTO appeared on an earlier version of the list circulated by U.S. officials,
00:19however it disappeared from a later version of the list amid concerns from lawmakers,
00:24including fears that it could allow China to dominate the organization.
00:28Democrats say all of the proposed cuts are unconstitutional as the funding was authorized
00:33by Congress.
