00:20And it's causing a lot of damage and forcing the owners to pay more than $100,000 over the past 18 months in repairs.
00:28On certain days, they've had to close the kitchen, they've had to close their hotel rooms, all because of the damage these birds are causing.
00:38And the owners now are kind of at their wits end, they don't know what to do next.
