Man Slips on Coolant and Falls While Trying to Prevent Spilling

This employee was lowering this car with a tray placed underneath to collect the leaking coolant. However, as the car was lowered, some coolant spilled onto the floor. He rushed to stop it, but slipped and fell because of the unsuitable footwear that he was wearing.
