00:16to quickly determine if any are wanted criminals
00:19at the Progreso Bridge a woman returning from Mexico has been flagged in the system we just
00:38escorted a female subject from the vehicle secondaries she might have an active warrant
00:42I believe that they went out there shopping and dental and now they're heading back home
00:49the subject is being non-cooperative she's very amped up and she's giving us a hard time
01:00here we go
01:06to confirm her identity and verify the warrant officer Escalon needs to take the woman's fingerprints

02:04we have to go
02:18We have to do where we have to go now.
02:41Eagle Pass Port of Entry is one of the busiest border crossings in North America.
02:46An estimated 6.5 million pedestrians and vehicles pass through each year.
03:05Drug cartels are known to conceal narcotics within ordinary looking vehicles,
03:10creating hidden compartments to avoid detection by CBP officers.
03:16Big vehicles such as SUVs or pickup trucks have larger wheels and tires,
03:21so the cartels, if you get two or three vehicles of the same make and model,
03:25do the same compartment and start to try and smuggle narcotics into the country.
03:29So once we pop one, we start looking at the same year range and make and models.
03:35This afternoon, a driver of an SUV who claims to be visiting the U.S. for three days has raised suspicions.
03:45She was just trying to distract me so I wouldn't ask her any questions.
03:49She had no luggage.
03:52She had high heels, a water jug and trash.
03:55With all the red flags that she has, I'm going to send her for sea portal inspection.
04:00While the woman is detained, her vehicle is sent for an x-ray.
04:07Anomalies on the right rear quarter panel and the left rear quarter panel.
04:19Sometimes it could be water bottles, sometimes it could be the trash that they have.
04:23All right, let's take a look.
04:25With suspicious shapes appearing on the image, officers carry out a physical inspection.
04:31So he said that the anomalies were possibly on the left and on the right quarter panel,
04:36so we're going to check real quick.
04:42I mean, we see that there's missing bolts, as you can see right there.
04:48There it is.
04:49We got bundles.
04:51I'm going to take a look over here real quick, too.
04:55There it is.
04:56We got more.
04:57Yeah, let's go.
04:58Having found what looks like drugs, officers move the car to a secure area to continue the
05:11search.
05:12Let's do it.
05:13Let me.
05:14There's more over here, though.
05:19Six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
05:20What do you got, bro?
05:21One, two, three, four, five.
05:22So, so far we have a total of fifteen packages.
05:24Mind guess.
05:25We're probably going to find one.
05:26One, two, three, four, five.
05:30One, two, three, four, five.
05:35So, so far we have a total of fifteen packages.
05:38Mind guess.
05:39We're probably going to find one.
05:40One, two, two, three, four, five.
05:42Ends, four, down two.
05:43Ends, four, down two.
05:44Improgresso.
05:45Mind guess.
05:46Have a seat and sit down.
05:47Stay there.
05:48Don't ever get up without being told to.
05:51Inprogresso.
05:57Now, just have a seat and sit down.
06:00Stay there.
06:01Don't ever get up without being told to.
06:04A 21-year-old U.S. citizen returning home has been flagged for an outstanding arrest warrant.
06:10The subject is being non-cooperative.
06:13She's very amped up and she's giving us a hard time.
06:16After attempting to make a break for it, officers have put the woman back in the cells.
06:27It's on the fingerprints.
06:29Okay.
06:30She'll get after the warrant.
06:31Okay, perfect.
06:34With her fingerprints matching the arrest warrant,
06:37Officer Escalon receives information from the Houston Sheriff's Office
06:41that she's wanted on multiple counts for possession of drugs.
06:45It seems like they are willing to extradite.
06:48We're going to try to process her as quick as we can
06:50and turn her over to the state local.
06:53This is not her first time.
06:54She stated before that she had an extensive rap sheet,
06:56so she knows the ropes here.
07:03Back in the cell, the woman shows no sign of calming down.
07:12Yes, ma'am.
07:13Can I get a call?
07:13Uh, not at the moment.
07:16And will only be permitted a phone call once she has been transferred to local police.
07:21We're going to get a call once you...
07:22I remember being booked and I had my first call.
07:25Can I get a call?
07:25Yes, ma'am.
07:25Once you get transported to the agency, that they're going to pick you up,
07:28then you'll receive your car.
07:29Can I get a call?
07:29Yes, ma'am.
07:30So what?
07:31So what?
07:32So I'm asking, so what's going on?
07:34Yeah.
07:35I just explained to you.
07:36They're going to come pick him up.
07:36So once they get here, I'll notify you and then they'll take you.
07:38So I'm going to transfer?
07:39Yes, ma'am.
07:40How long is that going to take?
07:42I don't know, ma'am.
07:42Just bear with us.
07:43We're trying to process as soon as we can.
07:44Can I get a phone?
07:45No.
07:46Can I get a phone?
07:46No.
07:48I got a phone.
07:50No, you cannot get a phone call.
07:51Okay.
07:51Well, I just want to tell you.
07:53All right.
07:53Well, just chill out.
07:55Ma'am, you're just going to make it hard on yourself.
07:56All right?
07:57I hope so.
07:57Okay.
07:58Why would you hope so?
07:59Because I'm trying to get the out of you.
08:01I know, but you were not the one that put you in this position.
08:03All I want to do is give me a phone.
08:04No, ma'am.
08:05It doesn't work that way.
08:07Okay.
08:08Bye.
08:10You can bang all you want, but nobody's going to get your call, ma'am.
08:12Bye.
08:12Bye.
08:12Bye.
08:13Local police arrive to take the woman to county jail, where she'll be held until extradited
08:22350 miles to Houston.
08:25If later found guilty of the drug offenses, then she could face up to 10 years in jail.
08:30At Eagle Pass International Bridge.
08:547, 8, 9, 10.
08:58There's more over here.
09:00Officers have discovered what appears to be a large stash of narcotics hidden in a vehicle
09:05entering the United States.
09:08One, two, three, four, five.
09:10So far, we have a total of 15 packages.
09:14Mind this.
09:15We're probably going to find one.
09:19Wait, you don't think the tire is the spare?
09:22Look at the tire.
09:23It's not even a tire that it goes there.
09:24Officer Estrada suspects there's even more drugs concealed inside the spare wheel.
09:31About to check the spare tire right there.
09:33It's definitely a red flag just because of the fact that it's not the same, right?
09:37It looks like it's a different type of tire.
09:47Is it going down?
09:48Is it going down?
09:49Nah, man, that's not moving.
09:50Maybe I might have to cut it.
09:53We tried, bro.
09:55Officers must find a way of getting into the tire.
10:02Oh, it's right there, bro.
10:03Yeah.
10:03Yeah.
10:04Don't go that deep.
10:05You don't want to punch it back.
10:06If there are drugs inside and a packet is broken, as well as damaging evidence, it could risk harming the officers.
10:15Good morning, brother.
10:16Ready?
10:18Tell me.
10:23There's a fire in the way.
10:31There you go.
10:33There's a fire right there, bro.
10:36I think this is, um, this is coke, yeah.
10:39It's coke.
10:43Ready?
10:44I don't have one.
10:44It's a boy.
10:57As of right now, it's six more, but there's still a lot more in here.
11:04I'm in the shower right here, bro.
11:06There's a lot more, bro.
11:10They're all stuck.
11:11They're, like, all stuck.
11:13Officer Barrera takes over.
11:15Oh, they're super good.
11:16Yeah, they're super, super good.
11:21Oh, it.
11:22That was it, brother.
11:23And removes the final package.
11:2617 in the tire, which seems to be, like, mixed drugs because they feel different.
11:30So the ones over here feel like some sort of crystal meth, and these look like cocaine.
11:36Officers aren't convinced they've found everything, though, and bring in a canine.
11:45The dog alerts to the floor of the trunk.
11:47Good boy.
11:49Right under the carpet.
11:51Where more packages are discovered.
11:54That was a good load, guys.
11:55Good job.
11:56So in that extra compartment they just found, there's another 22 packages.
12:00Along with the 32 already found, today's seizure totals 54 bundles of narcotics.
12:06So I've been here only a year and a couple months.
12:11But for me personally, this is the thing that I've been on.
12:14We're still going to measure everything out, weigh everything out, and test every single package.
12:20Sorry, this is heavy.
12:22Let's go that way, though.
12:23I'll probably use it.
12:23Anything you're bringing back with you other than your personal belongings?
12:46All right, boss.
12:47Take care.
12:47With an estimated 393 million privately owned firearms, the United States has the highest
12:55rate of gun ownership in the world.
12:59But without special permission, transporting firearms across a federal border is strictly forbidden
13:05and can result in criminal charges.
13:09Any alcohol, tobacco, firearms in the vehicle?
13:12You guys are all set.
13:13You have a good day.
13:13At the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, Officer Watson is working with an American delivery driver
13:20who has refused entry into Canada after a rifle was found in his van.
13:25This individual was sent back.
13:28He was trying to go to Canada, and I believe he's trying to make a delivery, but they refused
13:32his entry because he has a makeshift firearm in the back.
13:36See, there's no source of ammunition.
13:51I don't know if there's going to be any documentation for that.
13:54There's no serial numbers.
13:56This one's going to be a little interesting.
13:58The man, who says the van is also his home, claims that taking the gun to Canada was an accident.
14:12Pardon?
14:13I had forgotten about half of the stuff I got in there, so that's why I still have it today.
14:18I thought it was gone.
14:21I can't believe this happening.
14:23Yeah, I mean, you can't take firearms to Canada, boss.
14:25I know, I didn't even have it.
14:27I didn't have it.
14:27I didn't have it.
14:27I know.
14:28While the delivery driver waits for the inspection to be completed, Officer Watson attempts to
14:34identify the unusual firearm.
14:37After making sure the weapon was already safe and clear, we were able to handle it.
14:40It's definitely home-modified.
14:43Maybe not home-made, but this was an actual functioning firearm that he looks like he modified
14:50himself with paracord and some piece of rubber.
14:59Although the weapon appears makeshift, since it's still technically a working firearm, the
15:04man is committed an offense by transporting it through a federal border.
15:09Once he gets outside, ask him a little more about the weapon, because there's nothing,
15:16I mean, there's no way to truly identify it.
15:18This is going to be an interesting thing.
15:33There's a bundle right there, bro.
15:35I think this is, um, this is Coke.
15:37Yeah, it's Coke.
15:38In Eagle Pass, CBP officers have seized 54 packages of suspected narcotics, stashed inside
15:49an SUV.
15:55With the drugs hidden across multiple parts of the vehicle, officers believe there could
16:00still be more.
16:01These cars are disgusting.
16:05You want it good?
16:06So we can scan it again.
16:08Okay, let's go.
16:09And want reassurance that nothing has been missed.
16:20There's no more anomalies.
16:2454 packages is a lot of drug for one vehicle.
16:28The X-ray confirms that the car has been completely stripped of all remaining contraband, and officers
16:34can begin processing the load.
16:36They suspect that the three types of packages contain three different types of drugs.
16:46So right now what we're doing is we're going to get our test kits going, and we get a more
16:55definitive answer of what we're working with right now.
16:56They use a laser detection device to accurately identify each type, starting with the rectangular
17:03bricks.
17:04So the Gemini test kits going, and we're going to get our test kits going, and we're going to get our test kits.
17:12So the Gemini tested positive for cocaine, hydrochloride, so it is cocaine.
17:18Next, they test a rounder package, wrapped in black tape.
17:23So on the way it fell, it was a little bit more crystal-ly, so right now we assume crystal meth.
17:282.6 million Americans, ages 12 and up, report using methamphetamines every year, and it accounts
17:36for the majority of deaths caused by narcotic overdoses.
17:40Finally, Officer Barrera tests the cylindrical package, wrapped with yellow tape.
17:53And upon removing the layers of him pulling it out, he had a black, like, super sticky substance.
18:00We're going to go ahead and run it through our narco patches.
18:03A sticky black consistency is a sign that the third drug could be heroin.
18:09If the test pouch turns green, it's a positive match.
18:13Calm out, brother.
18:15Easy.
18:16Yeah, green.
18:20Thank you, sir.
18:23Positive for heroin, black tar.
18:27Black tar is an unrefined, impure form of heroin, teeming with dangerous chemicals.
18:33It's even more deadly to users.
18:35In total, we got 62 kilograms of drugs off the streets today.
18:39Big win.
18:40Protect our kids, protect our neighborhoods, it always feels good.
18:44The hall has an estimated street value of $1.7 million.
18:49It's a huge win for Officer Barrera and his team.
18:52One, two, three.
18:56While the officers have something to celebrate, the party is over for the driver of the vehicle.
19:03She is handed over to Homeland Security Investigations, who will take over the case.
19:08If found guilty of trafficking such a large quantity of narcotics, she could face up to
19:14life in prison.
19:25On the northern bank of the Rio Grande sits the U.S. city of Brownsville.
19:42Across the river in Mexico is Matamoros, a stronghold for organized crime, where Mexican
19:49cartels use fleets of vehicles to carry out cross-border smuggling.
19:54When someone's lying to you, you can kind of tell.
19:56And when they're telling you the truth, it just kind of flows out.
19:58It's natural.
19:59Four.
20:00Four.
20:01Four.
20:02Okay.
20:03And why so much detergent?
20:04But for the most part, you hear the same thing over and over again.
20:06Going shopping, bringing back minuscule items.
20:09But how they say it, that's what's real.
20:11That's what you're looking for.
20:12You're trying to pick up on it.
20:19How's it going, sir?
20:20Want to switch to this?
20:21Trying to buy yourself, sir.
20:23The vehicle, is it registered under your name?
20:26Anybody else?
20:28Tonight, at the Brownsville Gateway Bridge, a woman has been selected for a random inspection.
20:34Officers quickly find items that arouse suspicion.
20:51Cartels reuse license plates across different vehicles to confuse detection systems and disrupt
21:02CBP operations concerned this woman could be involved in some kind of
21:07smuggling officers need to investigate more large amounts of cash can be linked
21:20to criminal activity but the woman says she only has two hundred and fifty
21:25dollars can I see your back please you don't have anything in your pockets said
21:34what money
21:40that pocket nothing can you get up up go back home what's back here is that your
21:48car or no hidden in the woman's back pocket is a stack of hundred dollar bills
21:57any currency over ten thousand dollars must be declared if she's carrying more
22:08she could face federal prosecution
22:18at the Detroit Windsor Tunnel yeah look there it is too
22:31officers are investigating an unusual firearm found in the back of a van this one's gonna be a little
22:43interesting okay the driver has a delivery to make across the border in Canada but his homemade
22:50rifle caught him in the crosshairs of CBP why were you trying to go to can I have this needs to be
22:57delivered to the Chrysler Windsor place all right do you have any paperwork at all for that far no
23:02sir say no I say self-modified self-made somebody tried to shoot my dad with it and and grabbed it
23:08and jerked it away from him and then he broke it so I kind of made it so I could shoot it from like
23:14that with a pistol and I used to shoot hogs with it where's home for where was home for you uh like
23:20Coombs Texas but I okay I sold my house in Coombs I put a dollar through college through law school so
23:26when I sold the house and moved out to my mom and dad's farm out in Berger Texas okay how long have
23:33you been on the road probably about six months okay my mom died last year and I I just I really didn't
23:41have nothing left well I'm sorry for your loss boss I'm sorry to hear about your mom that that was about
23:45the last thing I took I was bringing them around with me I thought it was gone fortunately for this
23:52driver the officer is satisfied it was an honest mistake all right boss well I'm gonna put that back
23:58in the van we'll get you on your way okay thank you god bless you thank you all right but the gun
24:04will need to be disposed of before he tries to cross the border again so I put it on the side that way
24:11when he gets to wherever he's going here in Michigan that he can drop it off at or properly dispose of
24:16you know a couple of our police stations will take it from them and dispose of it everybody's got
24:21stories so thankfully in this case it's just a guy trying to make a living has a unusual story for a
24:27firearm that he's got with them but other than that everything is uh is good to go all right
24:34sir you're good to grab your dog and get in the van okay thank you years ago I used to have like 10
24:40or 12 guns but you know I used to hunt deer and hunt game and everything and when I my daughter got in
24:46college I had to sell everything and uh now that was the last one I had I hadn't even fired it like 10
24:52in 10 years I don't I don't want it but I'm not gonna make sure I may just take it to the police
24:58department give it to them because I don't want it I don't want anybody to get a hold of it and be
25:01able to do anything with it the man has been spared a penalty and is sent on his way
25:22back in Brownsville a woman is being questioned after a search found multiple license plates in a
25:42vehicle and a large sum of money in her possession yeah failure to declare cash over ten thousand
25:51dollars is a federal crime which can result in a fine or prosecution
25:57okay so how much money do you have on people five thousand five thousand yeah just there yeah
26:10220 that's 250 to fit in here ma'am so how much money do you have in total like 250 and
26:19so five thousand two hundred fifty dollars okay so we're just gonna verify that you have that amount
26:26okay so let's go inside do you have any more money in the vehicle no are you sure okay the woman is taken
26:36inside to determine why she has so much cash and why she concealed it she amended her declaration at the
26:44last second it's a red flag when they don't declare it on primary and then they do declare it on secondary
26:49we get that a lot we get people who come across say how much money are you bringing over uh I don't
26:56know but I'm pretty sure I know exactly what I have on my person you know with a couple questions and
27:01an interview we could get to the bottom of things officers suspect the woman could be working for a
27:06cartel driving vehicles with false license plates to be used in smuggling activities
27:12since any currency over ten thousand dollars must be declared the cash is counted what's the cash for
27:25again they're going to buy a car okay do you know where you're going to buy a car right there's my
27:33that I think I didn't know your dad's like business my kids inside he just buys cars can you just walk me
27:40through the process of what you do with the cars you what's cuz I'm tender like they're like oh like
27:47cars that just sells on the letter what's your uncle's name what's your uncle's name why wouldn't you I'm sure
27:59we already have it but I don't know what's that okay super common name how did you get the two plates
28:10they found in your position oh I found them you found them yeah like connect them is there a rhyme or
28:17reason like you just like different states yeah just whatever looks good yeah where do you get them
28:23from usually like junkyards or yeah scrapyards yeah so total is $5,295 the undeclared money is below
28:34the $10,000 limit well we'll take care of some stuff real quick and then we'll have you out here
28:40soon okay despite officers suspicions there's no hard evidence that the woman is doing anything
28:47illegal she'll be released but not before the license plates are seized she's gonna keep all her
28:54money minus the license plates but she'll be on her way if the woman crosses in the future she will need
29:04to be more careful about what she is taking with her she's a regular and yeah we see her often
29:12in the United States the average American will spend over $85,000 on medication in a lifetime
29:36but lower prices in Mexico fuel a black market with people illegally smuggling cheap medicine back
29:51into the US this afternoon in Progreso a man has been detained after officer Travino
30:06found suspicious packages in the trunk of his car he was very nervous and I could tell like he
30:14wasn't giving me a lot of eye contact and I asked him well he was bringing back and he said oh just
30:19cookies and chips and treats for my family members over here in the US and I was okay so I opened the
30:25the trunk it was like this so when I grabbed one they felt different usually with the crackers you
30:35could feel whenever you push it you could break the cracker and not this this is very hard you could
30:41tell the packages were altered because they were ripped when we opened them this is what we got medication
30:49this one too pills Xanax action pretty much everything they're full to the rim all the pills are controlled substances in the United States a lot of times what they do this is because family members don't have jobs in the US and they rely on selling medication in in flea markets on marketplace on Facebook just to make you know extra money and which is illegal
30:56so right now we took him inside he's being fingerprinted and they're gonna see if they're
31:26struggling more than 50 pills of a controlled substance can carry a penalty of up to five years in prison
31:32the man's fingerprints are taken to see if he has a criminal history
31:39he has a clean record but reveals something shocking about his profession
31:47the subject stated that he is a general doctor in Mexico
31:54I can only assume is that he is selling this medication to people over here in the United States
32:03this quantity of prescription medications could be worth thousands of dollars on the black market in the US
32:10if the man is selling them he faces losing his medical license as well as jail time
32:35the ambassador bridge is North America's busiest commercial artery
32:39facilitating 25% of all US Canada trade
32:44hi how are you how many two any weapons or firearms
32:49no sir
32:51have a good evening okay thank you take care bye
32:54it's also a popular crossing for artists and musical acts
32:58super diverse all different walks of life coming across the bridge every day
33:01it definitely helps to know the surrounding area because
33:04if somebody tells you they're going to a concert that's not here
33:07and they say it's here obviously they're lying about something so it kind of heightens our awareness and what to look for
33:16this afternoon a touring band attempting to get across into Canada has been sent back to CBP officers in Detroit
33:24we are deaf by Romy I'm deaf by Romy's manager we got turned around in Canada because we didn't have a stamp in our carnet for all of our audio equipment
33:35a permit known as a carnet allows expensive equipment to enter a country for a limited time without paying import duty
33:43with errors in the band's paperwork officers must further investigate
33:50anytime somebody's returned back from Canada we do our routine inspection here so we're going to go through the van here and go through the trailer that they're pulling
33:56the band's performance is scheduled to start in just a few hours but for now they're going nowhere
34:03we don't want to get stopped and have to cancel the show that's the worst case scenario
34:09the clock is ticking but officer Lowe must check that the band has accounted for every piece of equipment on their carnet
34:15so it's an inventory of what they've taken out the country and bring it back into the country
34:22well it's like they're not they're not bringing something in like skipping out on paying taxes or duty on
34:28it's like a expensive guitar there so it's just I'm showing that hey I bought this here in the States
34:33I didn't buy this in another country and I'm bringing it back
34:36while officer Lowe continues to inspect the contents of the tour bus
34:41officers inside assist with the band's paperwork
34:46so when you go to Canada tell them that you have a carnet
34:51and just make sure they take it
34:53we did all of that already and then they just send it
34:55oh they refused you guys because if you turn the carnet in and you're missing any of the blocks in it
35:03they can actually fine you for not exporting or importing properly
35:08and the fines can be pretty hefty from what we hear
35:11so it's actually to your benefit that they refuse you
35:13okay
35:14well that was a good thing
35:15yeah
35:16what do you do in the band?
35:19I'm the manager
35:20how are you?
35:21that's why they left you with the food part
35:24yeah exactly
35:25I did the old admin stuff
35:27and you guys are going to Toronto for your show?
35:30yeah
35:31what kind of music is it?
35:33it's like alternative pop
35:36where do you play like a bar?
35:38we're playing at Adelaide Hall
35:40oh I think I've heard of that
35:42is that pretty big?
35:43I think it's like 500 cab
35:45it's not huge
35:46wow
35:47with the inspection of the van complete
35:50the necessary amendments are made to the carnet
35:55so yeah just make sure you sign this one right?
35:59oh yeah
36:00I know
36:01yes my enterprise
36:02good luck at your show
36:03thank you so much
36:04yeah
36:05I think it's a big cut
36:06thank you
36:07have a good day
36:09thank you
36:10group out
36:12they were great
36:13they were super friendly
36:14it was pretty easy
36:15just had to wait around for a while
36:17but it was good
36:18with the help of the CBP team
36:20the show will go on
36:22the band can continue their journey to Toronto
36:25for tonight's gig
36:27so once you're done with their show
36:28they've got to go back through the process again
36:30and we're going to see them again tomorrow
36:32in Progreso
36:45so I opened the trunk
36:48this is what we got
36:50pills, Xanax, Accion
36:53pretty much everything
36:54that's full to the rim
36:55a doctor from Mexico
36:57has been caught attempting to smuggle
36:59large quantities of controlled medication
37:01into the U.S.
37:06it's easy for somebody
37:07to just
37:08try to get a hold of a doctor
37:10from Mexico
37:11and then just get
37:12prescribed something
37:13and then he brings them over
37:15we're going to have to count
37:17the pills that we have
37:19all the medication
37:21must be identified
37:22and counted
37:23the more there are
37:24the stiffer the penalty
37:26right now we're dealing with Accion
37:36this one they're used mainly for diet and energy
37:41but they do have a controlled substance
37:43officer Robles has also identified tramadol
37:47xanax
37:48and a surprising fourth drug
37:53misoprostol
37:54the other medication that is used for abortion
37:58that's a new one
38:00we really haven't seen that as much
38:02it's usually used or prescribed for ulcers
38:05however if any pregnant female uses it
38:08it can cause abortion of the fetus
38:12following the end of the constitutional right to abortion in 2022
38:17misoprostol has been increasingly smuggled from Mexico into the United States
38:23to enable self-managed abortions
38:25the xanax is going to be 322.06 grams
38:29oxen is going to be 60.1 grams
38:32tramadol is going to be 584.78
38:37and the misopostol 83.79 grams
38:42this kind of quantity of controlled medications
38:46can only mean one thing
38:48but the man is a dealer
38:51this is an excessive amount
38:54which we can assume this person is trying to smuggling
38:57to sell it in the blood market in the United States
39:00the profit will probably be very large
39:03because one pill of xanax can be sold for five, ten dollars
39:10and I believe we seized
39:12I want to say over 3,000 pills
39:15so that could be a large profit for the smuggling
39:19the street value for the xanax and tramadol alone
39:22is in excess of $53,000
39:25but this man isn't going to get his payday
39:28local law enforcement arrives to take the doctor into custody
39:34the doctor is escorted from the cells to be handed over to the state troopers
39:41they're going to do state prosecution for smuggling this medication into the United States
39:56which is a felony and also because he is a Mexican resident with a visa he will be losing his visa today
40:03that's nice
40:15we're going to take you to our office in McAllen
40:18and then we'll interview you there
40:21talk to you a little bit in regards to what you've got here
40:23and then we'll probably take you to the county jail from there
40:26you're going to be charged with the possession of these pills
40:29how long time am I going to spend in that?
40:35with the doctor on his way to county jail
40:38it's been a successful seizure for officer Robles
40:41in the progresso CBP team
41:11he wants a CPU to be carried out
41:13and he's still in the RIGHT
41:15but also there is a great restaurant
41:16in the standalone of my life
41:18which is a pretty difficult
41:20to solve the problem
41:21that man is not the problem
41:22it's been a big deal
41:23but it's been a long time
41:24that's possible
41:25that's amazing
41:26and I thought that the primary of my family
41:27is that the doctor on his own
41:28and the doctor on his side
41:29in the back
41:30and his father...
41:31and he wants to fix that
41:32and he wants to find that
41:33the doctor on the right
41:34and the doctor on his way
41:35and he wants to be
41:36the doctor on his life
41:38and I think there is
