00:00The 40 luxury cars in her garage she flaunted in a well-documented Lifestyle TV interview late last year

00:07were nowhere to be found when Bureau of Customs came knocking on their family residence door this morning.

00:13Proof of a panicking state of mind, fearful of a potential seizure of her prized autos

00:18if proof of taxes or customs duties could not be produced as we hear more from our J.M. Pineda.

00:24Armed with a search warrant, the Bureau of Customs or BOC entered the compound of St. Gerard Construction this morning

00:33to inspect its luxury vehicles.

00:35But instead of the Diskaya Copol, only their staff faced the agency.

00:40Security at the area was tight with even members of the media restricted from entering the compound.

00:45According to BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuseno,

00:4812 luxury vehicles were listed in the search warrant as the agency's target.

00:52However, upon entry, they only found two vehicles along with another luxury car that was not listed in the warrant.

01:00These vehicles will undergo investigation and their documents will be scrutinized to determine

01:04if the correct taxes were paid by the Diskaya family.

01:08Subalit, pagkulangyaan or kung mag-deprensya sa papel, magkakaroon po ng problema ang pamilya

01:15at kung mapapakita naman lang na talagang sila ay buyers in good faith, meaning binili lang nila ito sa isang dealer or ahente,

01:24doon naman kami pupunta upang doon namin kuhanin ang mga tamang dokumento na dapat magpapatunay

01:30ang mga kanilang pinagbayaran sa ating gobyerno.

01:34As of now, the BOC only has complete information on 12 luxury cars, which is why only those were included in the warrant.

01:41But they confirmed that they will continue gathering information to include the remaining vehicles for inspection.

01:47This means there will be follow-up inspection of the Diskaya family's other luxury cars.

01:52Ngayon, mayroon din kami mga ibang informasyon at maganda na, may mga nagsusumbong na rin naman,

02:00kaya lang hindi sapat yung informasyon na yon for the purpose of securing a search warrant

02:04kasi mayigpit din po ang judge sa Carolina.

02:10So, doon sa social media, iniisa-isa namin yon.

02:14May mga VIN numbers na kami, yung iba may mga plate numbers, so balit hindi yan kompleto.

02:20The agency is also determining whether the Diskaya family is hiding more luxury vehicles

02:25beyond the 28-day earlier declared.

02:28At the same time, the BOC has alerted the Highway Patrol Group, or HPG,

02:32to prevent any attempt to smuggle out the vehicles.

02:35They have also coordinated with the Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG,

02:39which will guard all entrances of the St. Gerard compound to ensure no cars are moved out.

02:44The Diskaya were given until tomorrow to present the other luxury cars

02:48and submit their documents for inspeksyon.

03:15The agency assured that if there are any irregularities in the documents,

03:19especially in tax payments, the owner will be held accountable and cannot escape the law.

03:24Ngayon, huwag tayo mangamba.

03:25Dahil mahuhulit, mahuhuli naman po natin.

03:28San man po yan, itinatago.

03:30Kung itinatago man, kaya lang naniniwala naman ako na yan ay makikita at makikita natin.

03:37If the vehicles are found without proper documentation, the government will confiscate them.
