00:00It's been told by the Interior Local Government Secretary Junvi Kremulia

00:03that it was late to announce the class suspension in a few places in the country.

00:09I'm going to explain.

00:12As of 10pm, the weather system was passing through Bicol and Visayas.

00:17But there was a weather system up north, right?

00:21At 3am, I realized that it was a course.

00:26I was basing at 5am at 5am.

00:29So, noon ko lang i-examine.

00:31And then, noon ko lang, doon na kami nag-mediate ng suspension ng classes.

00:37Alas 5.30 ng umaga kahapon ang i-anunsyo ng DILG ang class suspension.

00:42Disbayado ang ilang magulang at estudyante dahil nasa eskwela na sila

00:46nang maalaman na wala palang pasok.

00:48Aminado si Kremulia na nagkamali siya.

00:51Tungkol naman sa informal at palabiru niyang paraan ng pag-anunsyo ng classes,

00:54suspension, hindi niya rin ito babaguin sa kabila ng mga puna.
