00:00This is the most terrifying story I've ever experienced.
00:03When I was 19 years old, I lived in a small town in Ohio.
00:06I had recently graduated high school and I was working at a local gas station.
00:09One night I was closing the store and I turned off all of the lights except for the one by the door.
00:13As I'm standing there waiting for my ride, I started hearing voices in the radio.
00:17At first it was just whispers, but then I started to make out words.
00:20The scariest part was that it was only happening at exactly 3.03am every night.
00:24The voices would come in static and say the most intimate details about my life that no one else knew.
00:29They knew things about my ex-boyfriend and I that only he and I knew.
00:32Things we never talked about with anyone.
00:34Things that happened 5 or 6 years ago.
00:36How they knew these things, I have no idea.
00:38As the weeks went on, the messages became more and more sinister.
00:41They would tell me horrible things that I didn't want to hear.
00:44Things about my family.
00:45Things about my friends.
00:46It got so bad that sometimes I would hear the voice in the static telling me to hurt myself.
00:50I must have thrown it when I blacked out.
00:52I quit the next day, telling me that I deserved to die.
00:55I tried to ignore it at first but it was getting worse.
00:57As I'm scrubbing, I see this message carved into my wall.
01:00It said, let me out.
01:02I don't know who carved it there or why, but it's the only explanation I have for what happened to me.
01:06Maybe it wasn't real.
01:07Maybe I really did just black out and hit my arm on the corner of the shelf.
01:10But the voice, the voice in the static, was it real?
01:13I don't know.
01:14I still hear it sometimes.
01:16Even now.
01:17Years later.
01:17And when I do, I can't help but wonder if it's trying to tell me something.

01:24Or maybe it's just trying to drive me insane.
01:25I started to feel like it was getting into my head.
01:28One night I was working the night shift and I started hearing the voice while I was on the clock.
01:32It told me to go into the back room and wait for it.
01:34So I did.
01:34I remember so clearly sitting on the floor in the back room with the door closed,
01:38listening to what the voice was telling me to do.
01:40It told me to take a deep breath and then it started counting down from ten.
01:43By the time it got to three, I blacked out.
01:46I don't remember anything after that.
01:48When I came to, I had a big bruise on my arm and the radio was on the floor.
01:51A few days later, I was at home and I was scrubbing the walls in my room because I had just moved in.
