Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch urged the Chancellor to rule out introducing property taxes in the next Budget amid growing speculation of further tax hikes. Ms Badenoch made the remarks during a visit to a housing estate in Surrey in which she spoke to "very worried" local residents.
