32:27dose of self-care. Today, all the ladies are being treated to a full body massage, costing just under
32:34500 pounds. Not far off April's living cost for an entire month. And on a high-end holiday,
32:41the pampering comes to you. Hi. Welcome to your massage. Please come.
32:47But body-conscious April's not keen to bear all. I'm a bit nervous doing this, because I've got scars
32:53from when I was a child, but operations. We can start, and if you feel uncomfortable, just let me know.
32:59Okay. My anxiety went through the roof, but I'm going to try my best to complete the whole treatment.

33:11I think my feet's the only one that's not got scars on it. So far, the 500-pound massage is failing to
33:18have the desired effect. For the cost of that massage, I could do four weeks gas and electric
33:23work for that and still have change. April, do you ever spend any money on self-care to, like,
33:29alleviate the pain from your arthritis? Never. I've not really got the money to do it, really.
33:34I have tried to say to April, though, that we should join a yoga class or do Pilates.
