00:00Hello and welcome to this Queensland Janesweather update for Monday.

00:04We have a disturbance out there today, so it's over the southeast of the country.

00:07There's a trough running just in through here.

00:09Anywhere to the east can get that wet weather today with the onshore winds coming in.

00:13Just a little bit of cloud up through here, otherwise it is looking quite clear.

00:17Heading into here, day by day, let's have a look.

00:20So here's today's disturbance, 5 to 10 millimetres, anywhere in the dark green 10 to 15 millimetres.

00:25So it's not a huge one.

00:25And by tomorrow, there's just a little bit of that left and then it's on its way out.

00:30So as we go through Wednesday, Thursday and into Friday, fairly clear.

00:35Things change on Friday.

00:36We've got another little disturbance working its way through here.

00:39I wouldn't expect much out of that one.

00:40Some cloud and a bit of a spit of patchy light rain.

00:43A little bit of onshore activity with that one too.

00:46So there's Friday into Saturday, mainly back to the coast, into Sunday and then into Monday.

00:53Here's our next weather system coming across.

00:55That may do some bigger, better things as we move into Tuesday next week.

00:59But this is a full week away.

01:01It may be a feed of tropical moisture and starting in the southwestern parts of Queensland.

01:05There will be a big system for those further south too.

01:08All right.

01:09What could that add up to?

01:10This is by the end of next Monday.

01:12So the first week of wet weather there.

01:14We're looking at 15 to 25, 10 to 15 as that comes in.

01:17A little bit up on the north coast as well there, 15 to 25, 25 to 50.

01:20This inland disturbance isn't going to deliver very much at all.

01:24And then here's the start of that next one coming across.

01:27So bigger falls here once it arrives on Tuesday.

01:29So for Brisbane, let's go day by day.

01:31Today, there's a bit of cloud out there.

01:33There's some light rain at times from that disturbance coming through.

01:37That continues into tomorrow where we've got showers developing mainly in the afternoon.

01:40So there's our two wet weather days pretty much this week.

01:43Two millimetres on both days.

01:45So it's nothing exciting, nothing big.

01:48Temperatures, 21.

01:49They'll make up to 24.

01:50Now, here's our nice days.

01:51Wednesday, Thursday into Friday.

01:53There's the warmer conditions as we move through.

01:56It changes later on Friday as that next system comes in.

01:59So temperatures do go down across the weekend.

02:01And we've got cloud developing.

02:03And there's a little bit of wet weather.

02:05That's mainly a system that is developing over to the west that could come through in the early to mid part of next week.
