Jonny Drury and Luke Powell give their reaction after West Brom picked up their third win in their opening four games at Stoke.
Nat Phillips' first half goal was enough to hand Albion the victory - as they climbed up to second in the table.

00:00Buggies fans, welcome to ExpressingStar.com, my name is Jonny Treer, I'm here at the Bet365
00:12Stadium alongside Luke Powell standing in for Coxy today as he's off, well he is actually
00:17back now, he was at home with his feet up watching the game today, but Alvin have won
00:20three wins out of four at the start of the league campaign, Ryan Mason's Buggies are
00:26certainly firing a one goal victory at Stoke today, ending there, perfect winning start
00:31to the season, that Phillips' goal early on was enough, it could have been more, but Luke,
00:36how impressed were you with Albion today, headed, kicked, tackled everything, rapid on the break,
00:44looked really dangerous, you know, what have you made of Albion? Sometimes it doesn't matter
00:49how you win, they won, I thought they were fantastic, you know, they minimised the Stoke
00:54threat, that's a Stoke team that have scored goals so far in this campaign, you know,
00:58they scored three in their first two matches, they beat Southampton away, and they really
01:02nullified that threat, I saw the Thomas on the left side, he's been fantastic for Stoke
01:07so far at the start of the season, but George Campbell, he was incredible at ride back, just
01:13stopped everything coming his way, Matt Phillips got the goal, headed everything again, everyone
01:17just keeps talking about, he heads everything away, he was fantastic, and Mecca on his debut,
01:23a perfect start, just looked so comfortable at the back, slotted in with ease, and at the
01:29end when Stoke were going for it, making a couple of interceptions to see it away, fantastic,
01:33and I'm sure, as he is, Ryan Mason absolutely delighted with his start, and defensively how
01:38they were, but yeah, going forward as well, could have been more, a couple of chances, you
01:42know, Egebo at the back post, nearly converting from a low cross, I thought in the midfield,
01:47they dominated, and yeah, superb.
01:49Yeah, it was a superb victory, I do apologise, just as we come through this video, we started
01:53cutting the edge of the pitch here at about 3-6-5, so we will try and raise our voices,
01:57like you said, Mecca and Phillips are kind of rightly grabbing headlines, you know, Albion
02:02lost 2-1 Hegel for 9 million, we all had a bit of a meltdown for what's going on at the
02:06back, Kyle Bartley retired, but they just defensively looked so, so solid today, you know, they had
02:13a lot of chances on the break, you know, a lot of analysis and reaction to come on that,
02:17but they looked, Stoke hit the post from an Albion mistake, apart from that, they didn't
02:21look like a story.
02:22Not much else, yeah, that was the story of the game really, you were sort of waiting for
02:26Stoke to maybe come alive and have a period in the game where you thought they would put
02:30Albion under a lot of pressure, but every time really they got on the ball and looked to go
02:34forward, it sort of came to London, thought they were fantastic at the back and then going
02:39forwards, yeah, just a great build-up mate, there was some lovely moves between Mowat and
02:43Price, Mowat, I don't know if I've butchered that, but wonderful on the left side, I thought
02:49when Price moved out to the left for the second half, he looked a bit more comfortable, a bit
02:53better maybe, quite good anyway, but yeah, really good.
02:57Yeah, decent performance, you know, to come here to Stoke, who hadn't lost, lots of talking
03:02points to come from it, Ryan Mason, we just spoke to Ryan Mason for about 15 minutes,
03:06he talked about departures, talked about Tom Fellows, you know, talked about various different
03:10things, individual displays today, but Luke, just finally before we wrap up, three wins
03:16from four games in what has been kind of a summer of change for Albion with a, I don't
03:21want to say rookie manager, but a new manager coming in with departures that have happened,
03:25three wins from four games, it's kind of, you know, it's not a perfect start on paper,
03:29but it's as close to a perfect start that Ryan Mason could have wished for.
03:31Absolutely, I think all Albion fans, they're a bit in your hand off for this, like, snap
03:36their hand off, literally, I think Mason would have been delighted if you'd have told him
03:40when he took over that this would be the position they'd be in after four games, I'm sure.
03:44Brilliant start from them going into the first international break, and the only worst thing,
03:49as I just said to Nat Phillips down there, is the international break is probably coming
03:53at the worst time for Albion, you know, how they play at the moment, keep winning, but yeah,
03:58hopefully it all continues after that.
04:00Certainly hope it does international break, before that we've got the transfer deadline day,
04:04head to expressandstar.com for all the news and breaking stories for that,
04:09and also head over there to listen and see to all the reactions today from the Bet365ers,
04:14Albion made it three wins in four games. Final score here in the Pottery, Stokely and Albion 1,
