Liverpool: The age kids should be when they get their first mobile phone

At what age do you think children should get their first phone, and what steps do you take to keep them safe online?

00:30is wrong they have to call the police quickly or their parents are told the

00:34only phone they need at a young age is one of them old like brick phones that's

00:41the only phone to call and text would have invested if that was kept out of

00:46their sight altogether but if the parents take them off them they'll find a way of

00:52doing these things so we're facing a losing battle block the internet down

00:57the only thing they can do is play games on it
