00:00Obviously, you had great results against Manchester City last season.
00:04In particular, the home fixture for you, you're only in your third, fourth month as a Premier League manager at that point,
00:10and you managed to beat Pep Guardiola's Manchester City.
00:13Where did that rank for you in terms of vindication that you're good at what you do and progressing the way you wanted to?
00:22Surely highly ranked because I always emphasise that Pep is maybe the best in the world.
00:30So it's always an honour to play against him and, of course, a joy to beat his teams.
00:37But I think it's a different game on Sunday, different team, people face it in different phases.
00:46We're in a different stage, they're in a different stage.
00:49So that's the first thing.
00:51And the second thing, of course, you can take a lot of positive things out of these games,
00:56but it's very important to always stay very humble after these sprints, to be grounded and to keep working.
01:04And that's the main thing because it's a long way to go, it's a long journey to go.
01:11And not one game makes a difference, it's like the consistency that makes a difference.
01:15And that's something we really have to keep an eye on.
01:18You only can keep an eye on if you have the right approach to it, if you have the right work ethic to it.
01:25And that's what we try to focus on.
