00:00our desire for beauty has gotten out of hand my back hurts and I feel like it got something to

00:12do with the heavy ass because of the weight of my boobs I feel like I have a knife in my back

00:17but the biggest movement in plastic surgery now is actually reversing it

00:22Chrissy underwent surgery to remove her breast implants I got some more butt injections removed

00:30Blac Chyna has had her chest and butt implants removed as well hey babies it's Michelle Visage

00:35and I know a thing or two about reversal surgery I had my famous tig old bitties removed but it

00:41was the toughest decision of my adult life for people in the public eye who spent their lives

00:45chasing perfection can you fix that I hate it reversal isn't a simple decision I want to go

00:54back to what my body was at like 23 I spend so much money and time on plastic surgery it's crazy at

01:01least over a hundred thousand dollars that's why we created the rewind retreat where for the next

01:08two weeks the surgery obsessed will be checking in to discover if they're really ready to let go of

01:15butts god damn both them booties big the boobs you can't keep those titties and the lips I have

01:22no idea what is in my face that get them attention I look good they'll be challenged to look at

01:27themselves outside show us your idealized image of yourself and in I don't wanna lose myself maybe it

01:38just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's something much deeper but they won't be alone mainly for legal

01:44reasons they'll be guided by two experts in their fields I hit Botox three days ago look at my

01:49forehead it doesn't move is that fabulous nothing wow it's awesome will they leave their former selves

01:57behind if they rewind you won't believe who's on the other side I really would love it to be

02:04myself again I want to leave my past behind and start a new chapter

02:08you're like a different person it's life-changing it's a new me

02:21it hasn't been easy I know it even though you're scared to show it don't think even for a moment that

02:39you're here alone when I was growing up I was like the ugly duck that's the true surgery was just to

02:48kill that ugly ducky and really born again someone beautiful I think I went too far to prove myself

03:29school and grown up I changed my whole look and plastic surgery has been a big part of my life

03:35coming into this retreat it's gonna be a huge challenge for me I'm gonna find it whether I

03:42want to remove what I've had done or am I gonna keep it the way it is hello darling oh my god I'm a chef

04:23that I should have never even messed with in the beginning the second I turned 18 I got my lips done

04:30I've dabbled with under eye filler the under eye filler is making me look older and I want to just

04:51look a little crazy I mean I don't feel like my mom and I look that crazy like they definitely need

05:06all here because you are considering rewinding a cosmetic procedure that you have had in the past

05:45lately we're seeing a trend towards people celebrating their natural beauty and getting away from a more

05:52altered look I'm Dr. Terry Dubrow I'm here to help you with your potential reversal process I am Dr.

07:36know how to do poker I'm not interested in keeping a straight face I don't know how to do it I have

07:40no idea why the I'm here other than the fact like I want a quick minor procedure like Brielle and I are

07:45all about that and then I look to the right and it's like well I can't help but stare at Larissa's

07:50boobs they're double the size boobs that I have and then Elvis Alan filler is something that I don't

07:55think belongs in people's faces that's how you get so out of control looking like you just gotta have a

07:59spaceship I just want to run to Dr. Dubrow get through this procedure and get out of here let's try this out

08:05oh there's two beds in here I'm worried about my hair you don't have to blow-dry your own hair no

08:24how did you do that yeah went to salon every day I get a blow-dry is that not normal you go every day

08:32you have somebody do your hair every day every day honey you need to dial it back a little bit

08:39we're in LA where crazy happens but that's really out there even on a Sunday when you have nothing

08:44going on Sunday's the best day for me that's a real treat day for me like that's the day I've just given

08:50to the Lord and saying Lord is telling me to get a blow-dry what is it naturally straight ginger straight

08:58let's go downstairs and meet Michelle everybody find their room yeah okay I want to ask you why

09:10you're here Alan so I change a lot of my appearances I've done a bit Botox got a bit cheek filler lip

09:17fillers and PDO treads and then I went down the route to get a 360 lipo and a BPO this is my problem

09:23you have a needle get me on the bed it wasn't a nice experience growing up being bullied for the

09:30way I look the way I talk the way I dress the way I was I was ginger I had spots I was a little bit

09:38chubby to change the way I look was so important I dyed my hair black I started to do a little bit

09:44more to my face everything changed for me I do have a really good successful life back at home I do a lot of

09:51social media do a lot of TV everybody in Ireland knows who I am and what are you hoping to I would

09:58like to get rid of the BBL really yeah why because I come from a place really small and everyone knows

10:06who I am it's like that's all they look at is that and I just get really uncomfortable when they're not

10:12looking at my face I feel as if my face has not worked anything if they're looking at my behind

10:16don't get me wrong we all love a compliment and we all like guys or girls hitting on us but I'm just

10:24looking for someone just to see me with this instead of the the big booty I thought Jenny Whiny getting it

10:32done was gonna make me find somebody because I've never been in a relationship I got the attention but it

10:37wasn't the right attention I'm looking for I want to be with someone and have dogs and cats

10:43and oh that's lovely well I don't think it's all peaches and cream sweetie so don't get it all twisted

10:4734 years old and I've never been in a relationship keep that ass and see what happens

10:53Larissa why are you here I'm here because they I did a lot of his flat surgery growing up I was bullet

11:01and this really made me feel very sad kids are very cruel sometimes I always want to look like

11:09Kim Kardashian Pamela Anderson Anna Nicole Smith people really love beautiful people what have you done

11:17life on my knees your knees tummy tucky BBL three times then I remove it and got a butt lift

11:27tea I got a two boobie jobs fat removal lipo in my chin and I think it's just it ah nose job

11:38oh I also got a six pack so you have a six pack what's the surgery for a six pack what do you mean

11:48vasoliposuction oh that's what it means I always wonder what that meant vasolipo

11:53vasolipo what do you hope to get out of this I just would like to change completely my lifestyle

12:01go back to run go to a marathon and these boobs and the six packs do not belong at all well it's

12:09hard to run with those it's 1,500 each wait how much no 1500

12:16coming up what are we gonna do you'll see for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding you'll

12:27have three options I think these one look smaller what is happening this is a hard task Larissa you

12:34do not have a true picture of what you would look like after reversal what's up with Larissa she

12:41needs to get smaller boobs like they look a mess well it's hard to run with those it's 1,500 each

12:53wait how much no 1500 I'm just confused because my mom's told me about my whole entire life that

12:59there is no breast implant bigger than an 800 Larissa girl I don't know how you looked at those implants

13:07and some are like yep that's the look I'm going for I cannot relate I really would like to be able

13:12to go to a pool party with a family and don't be that person that um what she's doing here

13:18so you feel like you stand out in the wrong way in the wrong way I also for example I was a country

13:24club and the woman was like doing stripper and I was like no I don't do this but because of the

13:32physical appearance people well people judge a book by its cover sadly I can totally understand

13:39what she's saying because when you do see her all you see are her boobs you're not willing to

13:44understand her get to know her so I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit okay Brielle

13:48why are you here I'm here because I'm unhappy with my under eye filler I've gone through so much with

13:58this face I've done my lips countless numbers of times Botox whole new job which basically gave me

14:03a whole new face what are you hoping to get out of it hopefully a better softer more natural look

14:09I mean like Dr. Dubrow said earlier that's what we're all kind of going for now right and Kim why

14:14are you here well I'm here because I'm going through divorce and I've had like some weight loss

14:20and I'm a small framed person you are teeny yes and so the 10 pounds has definitely created like

14:25some loose skin and I did some contouring thinking that it would like it was supposed to go under the

14:32skin and like tighten it up and like and it did the opposite I've done my boobs a few times and then I

14:37had a tummy tuck I did have filler in my lips I do Botox all the time I sacrificed my body for six

14:47incredible humans so I did a mommy makeover who does this themselves a clown just because you're

14:55a mom doesn't mean you have to let yourself go my mom every morning did her hair did her makeup her

14:58earrings match her shoes and this whole nine yards and she set this really awesome standard an example

15:03for me to take care of myself as well my mom had always said growing up like if I had really big ears

15:09or a really big nose that bothered me or whatever it may have been she would have fixed it and I've

15:14always kind of said the same thing to my girls and what are you hoping to reverse so like I don't

15:20like when my arm is down I would like to just fix this little portion here I had some major neck

15:24surgery last year and created this pretty big scar that pulls the skin we'll see it might not even be

15:29possible Kim the rewind retreat is designed for people wanting to reverse and wanting to go back

15:34it's not a place to just come and get free surgery yeah we have had a long day a long night so we're

15:41gonna send you off to bed now go de-stress de-drag de-whatever it is I have to de-drag so I will see

17:43know told that I was this and that I think changing things was a big priority of my life I think that's

17:48why I'm always like conscious of how I look because I was always judged on how I look that

17:54makes sense yeah getting all those names where gay boy or gingerhead firehead it lived and still

18:02lives in me haunts me every single day listen I'm gonna be honest don't read don't take it out of

18:08your ass I'm just gonna tell you that right now it looks amazing I'm gonna go eat so I can get an

19:49better Larissa is very beautiful the person that she's been dating and what he thinks is acceptable

19:55isn't and she knows it's not but she's not willing to address that and leave him so why and then he

20:00posting me on his stories and all those that girls start to say she's ugly yeah her boobies are

20:06ridiculous why do they feel comfortable enough to comment on to her man like they must not want

20:12your man possibly or something or they know him or something a lot of these extreme plastic surgery

20:17decisions like Larissa's is based around like low self-esteem so I want her to set boundaries I think

20:23she would attract a way better caliber of a man than she has currently hello beautiful people

20:35you hope to reverse you still standing strong and how you feel absolutely good I'm ready to get rid of

20:41this situation Larissa I'm very excited you ready yeah okay Alan ready to lose that bum it'll take time

20:49for me to kind of adjust but I'm here for a while so we'll see well dr. spirit is at the top of her

20:54game just for situations like this as a matter of fact she's on the lawn right now waiting for us to go

21:13stress do can't get a blowout I need a vodka and soda ASAP I don't get this cheek sitch they all look the

21:23same you started with filler I just turned 18 I told her to never do that under her eyes she did it

22:00it's probably part of the problem well welcome everybody how are we feeling good standing in front of

22:07you is a larger-than-life version of your actual body and next to you is a bucket of all of your body

22:15parts for the parts that you're thinking of rewinding you'll have three options you can choose to remain

22:23the same you can choose a version that's bigger or more extreme or you can choose a version that's

22:30smaller or less extreme you got it this challenge will tell me if they are really clear on what a

22:39reversal would look like all right are you ready let's go all right this looks like a really interesting

22:48leg oh my god my feet's so big my god why I hate this photo I look like a chicken a rotisserie chicken

23:00it's too much that photo finding the smallest ass in this bucket is the easiest part and the rest is

23:11the hardest I am terrible when it comes to puzzles I'm stressed out can't get a blow out I need a

23:19vodka and soda ASAP I'll blow you out anytime I don't even know how to do left or right this way

23:26never mind put my body together she can hardly get dressed in the mornings why do my knees look

23:33so terrible I guess I need those done before anything Kim I can't with you I should probably

23:37do the knees instead of the arms what is happening mom please just look at how thin these throw those

23:50on the ground next those are going in the we don't want you bucket this is a hard task everything looks

23:58the same I can't figure it out this is probably one of the hardest things I've ever done like these all

24:03look so similar to me that it's hard for me to get the ideal cheeks I could not figure out which one was

24:11overfilled or underfilled and I think that's a big problem if I can't tell the difference then there's

24:17clearly a problem like what the how do I not see that lips were definitely easy to tell are these

24:24your current lips I hope your current lips are your ideal lips I do like them look out there's a

24:30boobs it's difficult I think this one look smaller Kim's got a handful of necks they all look exactly

24:42the same I mean what I'm hoping for is to have absolutely no lines and no scar so what I hear you're

24:47saying is that none of these are good enough you keep working on that hello hi how do we look tell

24:56me about this breast size I think if they go smaller you feel very happy okay we'll talk more about it

25:04so I'll let you in on a secret these are not smaller breasts clearly Larissa's perspective is off

25:11come on Michelle let's go see what's happening I see Alan wow working with here Alan I see some some

25:20major spaces here so let me ask you I'm curious sometimes when you look at yourself do you ever

25:26take a look at some of those old versions of you and think I was just fine just the way I was never I

25:32honestly don't know if I'm prepared to be Alan McGarry without all the enhancements just want you to

25:40think about it yeah okay okay thank you mm-hmm can you come look at my arms and how odd they look

25:47which neck did you go with real all of them look terrible and this puzzle stuff is really throwing me

25:54for a loop these necks all look the same like what am I missing this is why I'm not a plastic surgeon

25:58okay so Alan tell me a little bit about what you chose so I chose to go a little bit smaller with

26:05the bum mm-hmm and then obviously smaller with the lips and obviously the cheeks also okay well you're

26:11right you in fact did choose all three smaller parts so Larissa in looking at your changes I noticed

26:20that you chose a lesser sculpted stomach and larger breasts was that your intention no that's no way

26:33that was a biggie I can't believe that because that looks so small to me I noticed that you chose

26:49larger breasts was that your intention no could it be that because for years you've been so obsessed

26:59with achieving this body shape that you're not able to recognize yourself with more normal proportions

27:04yeah it's good food for thought I don't have an idea anymore what size and I really cannot be true

27:13I think that looks like my lips for real like I do right actually they are a little bit bigger

27:28are they yeah I'm confused as to how I got my lips wrong clearly I don't know what my lips look like

27:34and maybe I need to go get more lip filler I don't know Kim now you chose firmer larger arms

27:41we chose larger cheeks but the thing that's most interesting out of all of this to me is that

27:46you actually chose a more wrinkled neck are you oh so you look better than that there was not one

27:52neck I wanted ah so is it possible then just perhaps that there's nothing wrong with the neck that you

27:59have now no just kidding just think about it no I definitely think what do you think yeah it looks

28:05way better this way right your neck is beautiful Kim Zolciak thank you it's really weird that I

28:10would pick a much older neck than what I currently have I think what is going to be really great here

28:14is kind of getting to the root of everybody's kind of issue help us kind of get down to the nitty-gritty

28:18of like really why are we wanting to do these things and maybe it just is an aesthetic thing or maybe it's

28:24something much deeper I want to thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to get to learn just a

28:31little bit more about you today some of you perceive flaws that no one else can see some of you do not

28:38have a true picture of what you would look like after a potential reversal I hope it's giving you some food

29:35be back on time I feel more surprised that I got my boob size wrong during the challenge today I got

29:43us my first surgery that was doing 90 day so after God my boobs and my nose and say oh this is amazing

29:51like I got one in the lottery to be successful to get a good partner I feel like it's all about how

29:59you look I decided to increase my implants I make money only fans and I thought well bigger boobs is

30:07gonna make more money and I thought what can go wrong when I start to make money only fans I'm not

30:14gonna lie I was very happy but to make the big money you need to do a lot and then we start to

30:23realize oh my god I'm getting deeper and deeper and I don't want to do this anymore it's like quicksand

30:29what do you show on your only fans I show sexy videos sexy photos you show everything yeah if you did

30:38reverse how is that gonna you know benefit you in the long run so maybe they will not like the

30:45reverse but I'm in my foot out yeah I feel a kind of suffering from body's morphia you never are satisfied

30:54for who you are you always want to increase you always want more why want to change so it's not about

31:01the body is about the mind so how your mind right now you are like more inclined to do or not Kim has

31:11been telling me like you know and Brielle has been saying like no like I want what you have so like

31:16I'm 50 50 um okay I talked to Alan this morning oh I was telling him about his ass and how he should

31:24just leave it alone I think it looks great a hundred percent it almost seems like somebody made

31:29him feel insecure about it or something what's up with Larissa and her man I don't know I just think

31:34she has low self-esteem and she needs to just go ahead and drop that dead weight I agree she needs

31:38to get a backbone of her own and she needs to get smaller boobs that people take her a little bit more

31:42serious I think she needs to just tone it down a little bit it's like I'm not trying to talk I love

31:46our new friends but like they look a mess people's like I just like work from one end to the other I

31:55think I could keep we could keep this look for years of course but we need to live this life is down

32:01exactly I think we both have a lot to think about coming up is Kim Zolciak gonna be okay with a scar

32:11in her armpit dissolver can sometimes dissolve not only the filler you had put in but your

32:17own natural hyaluronic acid it can it can yeah it's not good I look like Elvis Presley done wrong

32:34maybe or Elvis Presley dead either or I done something in my hair I'm ready for today now Alan

32:41embraces their bad hair day while Larissa gets some vitamin D on her triple D's leaving two retreat

32:59welcome to my consultation room so how are you I'm good good to spend time with your mom right

33:05very lucky to have her here with me yeah yeah I'm glad we both like need some help together

33:09oh god what are we doing what are we doing we're here for you so you've had some procedures yeah right

33:21right and you've been happy with most of them yes all of them but I feel like my skin isn't as tight

33:28so I tried to do some contouring so I want to talk to you about your journey so I can really

33:34understand what you want to reverse and how I can help you you started with filler yeah so what age

33:40were you I had just turned 18 when I first got my lips done yeah I graduated high school and the

33:49second I graduated my mom took me to LA and I got my lips done by the doctor everybody was getting their

33:55lips done at the time and there was no hesitation from the doctor at doing it someone who's 18

33:59all right it was like get in the chair let's go doctors who do filler on young people really should

34:04think twice because at the end of the day filler can actually make a young person look significantly

34:09older you have some put in the cheeks yes just like a something she did here I told her to never

34:16do that under her eyes she did it anyway yeah so she regrets that maybe she does and you regret her

34:22doing that yes but you know sometimes you got to let them go and learn on their own even though

34:26I was like please don't yeah we happy with that at first I was and now it's so puffy here and here

34:37but I feel like especially this side I think one side is definitely more full than the other so you grew

34:43up in an environment where people around you were having plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements yeah how

34:48where were you about sort of any enhancements your mom was doing I was always going with her to her

34:54doctor's appointments I feel like she was mostly getting every laser you could think of to remain

35:01youthful so then every month I'm like oh I need to go get my lips done filler became like going and

35:06getting like a diet coke you know it just became nails yeah the under eye filler just became like a

35:12uh insecurity that I didn't even know I really had I grew up on TV since I was 10 years old you all

35:21want to sing happy birthday to her this is the person I wanted smile what the heck is wrong with you

35:26my mom was always going to get Botox and lip filler and watching my mom go through this kind of just made

35:34it seem like normal and next time you see me I'll have a new set of titties I get hit up by tons of

35:43doctors for free surgeries free injections social media is my job I know what I have to do post it on

35:51social media and gain a following anything I saw that I felt like I could go fix I would go and I

35:57would fix it so here you are see look at me yeah that is not yeah filler is not a no-brainer you

36:06know it's not just you put in if you don't like it dissolve it go away and everything's fine oh really
