00:00Previously on Sam and Billy's Sister Act, Sam had an exciting launch in Dubai.
00:06Oh my gosh! Wow!
00:08Oh, I'm so proud of you. Thank you.
00:12But despite making it out to join her, Billy had major health concerns.
00:16That was the doctor. They've got a mild positive for Lyme's disease.
00:20Okay, don't cry.
00:21It's no matter what happens, they're gonna get you better.
00:24And the stress of recent events at home was overwhelming.
00:27She's had three stages in nine months. The last month, the paramedic, the blue light,
00:32that's the hospital, he was ringing the hospital, he's like, she ain't supposed to be.
00:35Cry, let it out.
00:54This morning, Sam and Billy are heading out together,
00:57so Mum Sue has come over to babysit.
01:00Oh, horsey, yeah.
01:02What's Nell Nell's horse called?
01:05Mummy.
01:06Yeah.
01:07Did he see me?
01:09Did he see me? She went to me this morning.
01:11Mummy, excited to see Eddie.
01:14Ah, you love Eddie, don't you?
01:16Yeah.
01:17My mum is gonna look after Edward and Margot because we are off to a rebirthing meditation.
01:24This has come at a really good time because I have been really stressed about this ongoing illness that I've got.
01:30So I feel like today could really help me.
01:34Here he is!
01:36Hi!
01:37Hi!
01:38Hi!
01:39Samantha has planned the rebirthing meditation and I'm not quite sure what to expect.
01:45Will it be good for Nanny?
01:47Yeah, I will.
01:48Yeah.
01:49Yeah.
01:50Look at this, Mother.
01:51Yeah!
01:52It's so nice of Mum to give us some time to ourselves today.
01:55I know, good old Nanny Susie saves the day again.
01:58We'll let you know how our breast work goes.
02:00Yeah.
02:01Break a cookie over each other.
02:02Yeah.
02:03With the youngest cousins preoccupied...
02:05Hi!
02:06Love you!
02:07Hi!
02:08Love you all!
02:09...Sam and Billy both escape for a bit of me time.
02:12What is this today?
02:14I've never done anything like this.
02:15Well, I've never done it before and I can't say I'm the expert, but I felt like given this
02:22past month, what you've been going through, not with your own illness, but Arthur and Margot,
02:27I feel like this can really help to relax and release some stresses and traumas and
02:34it could even be things that you've been holding in for many years.
02:39Like...
02:40What's up, Holly?
02:42It would be nice if you took something away from this and you could take yourself into
02:46your room for ten minutes each day and do your own breath work.
02:49Since Dubai, I have been quite worried about my sister.
02:51I feel like she's been under a lot of stress and she's been super poorly.
02:55So, I'm going to bring out Holistic Sam and I've been looking into the rebirth in meditation.
02:59Billy's a little bit apprehensive about it, but I'm hoping that it would help her.
03:04Welcome to relaxation.
03:05Are you here?
03:06Yeah.
03:11Hi!
03:12Hello ladies!
03:13Hello!
03:14Arriving at the workshop, Sam and Billy prepare themselves for their first ever rebirthing experience.
03:20Have you done breath work before?
03:22No.
03:23Ooh!
03:24Not properly anyway.
03:25So, we're going to be doing the rebirth in conscious, connected breath today.
03:30There's lots of different types of breathing techniques, but this one specifically is to get deep within the body and to bring up the emotions that are trapped.
03:41This couldn't have come at a better time.
03:43The idea is to get a big deep active inhale into the belly and on the exhale, you're just letting go.
03:50So, it kind of goes a little bit like this.
03:52Whatever you're feeling, surrender and allow yourself to feel it because that's where the magic happens.
04:00Because in life, when we experience traumas and stresses, we hold our breath.
04:05We tighten up.
04:06And that's our nervous system just completely here, there and everywhere.
04:10So, this is to clear it and then regulate it and bring it back into that safe space, into that relaxation.
04:18If there is blockages in the body, what can happen is you may experience something that's called technique.
04:25And I have to say this because some people can get scared at the physical sensations that happen in the body.
04:30I think I was just breathing, but it's so powerful.
04:33So, you might just start to tense.
04:41So, gently close your eyes.
04:46Take your breath to the soles of your feet.
04:50And on the exhale, just let go.
04:53This may be fear, anger, sadness, worry.
04:57But this is today.
05:03This is something I have never done before.
05:06It's like the maddest experience.
05:08Like, I'm getting all flashbacks from memories.
05:11It was so weird and my whole body was tingling.
05:14Stay with that breath, guys.
05:16You are safe.
05:18You are held and you are loved.
05:21This is deep work.
05:23This is warrior work.
05:24That's why we call the conscious heart worries.
05:27Because we recognise it takes strength.
05:29It takes courage and bravery to go into those spaces and the places that can cause so much hurt and pain.
05:39I've never actually focused on myself this much before in anything like this.
05:52I feel like it was just a whirlwind of emotions.
05:54It is tapping into emotions that we've probably held onto for years.
05:58That was incredible.
06:00Oh, my gosh.
06:01I actually probably think I felt every single emotion.
06:03Oh, my God.
06:04I was hot.
06:05I was cold.
06:06I was numb.
06:07I had pins and needles at one point.
06:08I had pins in my whole body.
06:10Yeah.
06:11I was scared.
06:12Yeah, I know.
06:13Because I felt completely out of control of my body.
06:15Yeah.
06:16And I thought I was going into, like, a seizure or something.
06:18Like...
06:19It's all them programmes coming up.
06:20The fear.
06:21Yeah.
06:22The worry.
06:23Sometimes we don't even know what we feel, right?
06:25You're just on autopilot, being vulnerable in these spaces.
06:28It's really powerful work.
06:30I've probably got loads and loads of traumas.
06:32Picking out my eyelashes, our dad going to prison.
06:36I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about 12 years ago,
06:39and that was all stress-related,
06:42but I could never pinpoint what that stress was.
06:44And it was, like, not knowing how to deal with that stress.
06:46I didn't even know what Crohn's disease was.
06:4812 years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
06:51My weight plummeted to 6.5 stone.
06:54At one point, the doctors thought
06:56that I would have to remove 70% of my bowel.
06:58But I decided to go down the holistic route,
07:01and my condition got so much better.
07:03I guess the only thing is, from a young age,
07:05I pulled out my eyelashes.
07:07During that time of being diagnosed with Crohn's,
07:10I picked them out so much more,
07:12and I think that was my way of self-soothing.
07:15I still pick out my eyelashes today,
07:17but now it's more of a subconscious thing.
07:18Yeah.
07:19The body still remembers.
07:20So, although you're an adult now,
07:22your little inner child will still be holding.
07:24Absolutely.
07:25I just felt like there was so much kind of judgement and stuff.
07:27Yes.
07:28Better in the line of what we do,
07:29I was just thinking, like, that can all go,
07:31because people are going to judge me no matter what I do.
07:33Exactly.
07:34I think, for me, it's probably more like...
07:40..like, feeling...
07:42Sorry.
07:43No, don't get there.
07:44Just let the tears come up.
07:46This is why you're here, darling.
07:48Yeah.
07:49Just feeling anxious.
07:50Yeah.
07:51Yeah.
07:52I'm not sure now what I was made for.
07:57Like, it's like a...
07:59What was I...?
08:01Like, unsettled feeling sometimes.
08:03Yeah.
08:04Yeah.
08:06I think a lot of it started when...
08:08So, my little girl, Margot, she's two,
08:11and she has, like, sometimes these seizures
08:16when her temperature's higher.
08:18I definitely think it's left me with, like, a...
08:21Like, always anxious that it's going to happen again.
08:24It's happening...
08:25Yeah, like, on edge.
08:26..all the time.
08:27She's had, like, three, nine months, but I think...
08:30I do think, like, it definitely makes me feel, like,
08:34unsettled and anxious a lot.
08:36Yeah, of course.
08:37Cool.
08:38And then I think that's probably what's led on to...
08:41I've been really ill.
08:43And it's still, like, a little bit up in the air,
08:45but just feeling, like, horrendous joint pain, fatigue.
08:48Yeah.
08:49A rash, like, all over my back, on my stomach.
08:52Yeah, and it's just been horrible.
08:54And people at their lover's point,
08:56that's when you can really make big transformations.
08:59Healing from the inside out
09:01so that you become your safe space.
09:03Yeah.
09:04I had no idea that this workshop
09:07was going to be this emotional for me.
09:09And, actually, I think I have been anxious, haven't I,
09:12holding on to a lot of things the last few months.
09:14You know, I've been worried about my health,
09:16things with Margot and just juggling life.
09:18So it's probably quite a good thing
09:20that this has hopefully brought this all out.
09:23Obviously, you know that if ever you need me,
09:25I'm always here for you.
09:26So if you need more time for breath work
09:27or if you need to have the kids, I'm here for you.
09:32Coming up, Sam and Billy reveal their unearthed traumas.
09:36What memories was you getting?
09:37One in particular, when Lenny Wendy was in hospital.
09:40I sometimes have bad nightmares about that.
09:42It was very traumatic, wasn't it, that really?
09:45Yeah.
09:46Hello!
09:47How are you?
09:48Before they kickstart their journey to eternal youth.
09:51You can reverse a decade, two decades, three decades.
09:55That is amazing.
09:56Make me 17 again.
09:57Yeah.
10:10After an emotional rebirthing session,
10:12the girls arrive back at Billy's house.
10:14Hello.
10:15Hello, you two.
10:17Have you been good for Nanny?
10:19She had quite the experience.
10:21My gosh.
10:22That was not what I was expecting from today, by the way.
10:24No.
10:25I thought it was just going to be a bit of, like,
10:26how to sort of, like, you know, like, be a bit more zen,
10:29like, meditate.
10:30Oh, I can't wait to hear all about it.
10:32I can't wait for this lunch.
10:33Yeah.
10:34Oh, my gosh.
10:35With lunch ready...
10:36Oh, look at that.
10:37Sam and Billy sit down with Sue
10:39to fill her in on how much the workshop impacted them.
10:42Basically, people hold on to things,
10:45whether it's traumas or anxiety.
10:48But what it does is it can just sit with you forever
10:50and it makes you an impact on your life.
10:52Oh, yeah.
10:54When your breath travels through your cells like that,
10:56your mind takes you to all these deeper, different memories.
11:00What memories was you getting?
11:02One in particular, actually, was with Nanny Wendy
11:05when Nanny Wendy was in hospital.
11:07And that always...
11:08I sometimes have bad nightmares about that as well.
11:11It was very traumatic, wasn't it, that really?
11:14Yeah.
11:15Around the time of Covid, my nan went into hospital.
11:19She deteriorated in such a short amount of time.
11:22Within seven days, she died in hospital
11:25and it was a really stressful time
11:27because there was so many rules and regulations.
11:31We had to wear all the outfits
11:33and it was just a very, very stressful time.
11:37Erm...
11:38And, like, obviously, so sad and shocking.
11:41That kept coming to the front of my mind, but loads of things.
11:43It was so...
11:44Some really positive things.
11:45It was just all different, just, like, coming out of nowhere.
11:47Mine was, like, Nanny Wendy and Grandad Mick.
11:50Like, it was, like, a really white light.
11:52And then I can almost, like...
11:54Like, I don't know, it was, like, Nanny Wendy's smell...
11:57You know, like, I smell of her perfume.
11:58It was, like...
11:59It was so mad.
12:00Like, it was, like, they was there.
12:02And you know where my rash is?
12:03It was burning.
12:04And my legs were completely numb.
12:06I couldn't feel my legs.
12:08With what they do, it's about letting go of that.
12:11Letting go of that negative energy,
12:12which is, like, running through your body, you know?
12:14It's, like, flashes, isn't it?
12:16I can't explain it.
12:18What you have to do...
12:19Sounds a little bit supernatural.
12:20It's your soul that lives on for eternity.
12:22This is just our Earth suit.
12:24She didn't say that, but...
12:26I love that, Earth suit.
12:28It's true, but if you think about it,
12:30it's just our skin, it's just our eye colour,
12:32it's just our hair.
12:33It's not, it's your soul, isn't it?
12:34And it's, like, connecting your soul and being grounded.
12:38It's really amazed me, actually,
12:41because I never...
12:42I didn't expect that this morning.
12:44Great fine, sister.
12:45Well, I'm glad you both got something out of it.
12:48I think that this is the perfect start
12:50to a journey of trying to find the best version of ourselves.
12:54Hmm.
12:55I think sometimes we can get preoccupied
12:57with how things look on the outside,
12:59our hair, our skin, our clothes,
13:02but actually what's really important
13:04is what's going on on the inside.
13:06And I really believe that trauma and stress
13:07can start to impact us physically
13:09if we don't address it properly.
13:11Yeah, like, that's sort of what's happened with me.
13:13We've got them blood tests, haven't we, Sue?
13:15Which are going to tell us our biological age.
13:18We're getting on to middle-aged mums
13:20and I suppose, like you say, now the kids...
13:22I'm not middle-aged yet, you're 35.
13:24I'm 35, I think that's middle-aged, isn't it?
13:26Of course it's not, I'm middle-aged.
13:28I might as well be an old OAP if you're a middle-aged.
13:31Right.
13:32I found this test and it will reveal our biological age.
13:35So, although we might be 34 and 35,
13:38our bodies could be ageing faster.
13:40That's right.
13:41I'm going to look to 100, to be honest.
13:42Oh.
13:43Get a letter from the key.
13:44I think getting all these answers this year, we might.
13:53Sam and Billy might be setting themselves milestones this year,
13:56but Greg's got a big one of his own approaching
13:58and there's a lot of planning to do.
14:01What are you looking at?
14:03He's looking at the hotel.
14:05Let's have a look.
14:06Oh, yeah, it looks so nice.
14:07Mm.
14:08Greg is turning the big 4-0 soon
14:11and he's planning a trip away to Dubai, child-free,
14:15with all our family and friends.
14:18It's going to be basically a four-day party.
14:21So we fly there, get there that night, get to the hotel,
14:24check in, bit of dinner, go to bed.
14:26Yeah.
14:27Next day, we've got the boat party.
14:28Yeah.
14:29That's like your actual birthday.
14:30Yeah.
14:31It's going to go so quick.
14:32In and out.
14:33But it's going to be really good fun.
14:35I am feeling a little bit nervous about going away
14:38whilst I'm still not feeling 100%.
14:41I know, obviously, it is going to be a big party,
14:44but I'm hoping I can get a little bit of downtime to relax as well.
14:47Are you feeling fabulous at 40?
14:50Well, I always get comments,
14:51oh, God, you look really old.
14:52What?
14:53What?
14:54No, you don't.
14:55You don't look old.
14:56That probably.
14:57No, you don't look old.
14:58Definitely not.
14:59You know what I mean?
15:00No.
15:01Those are like wrinkles here.
15:02Yeah, but that's the expression.
15:03And here.
15:04I wouldn't say that.
15:05That's from laughing so much.
15:06And smiling.
15:07People say that 40, life just begins,
15:10because you're kind of like, no.
15:12No, it's going down.
15:13You know where you're at.
15:14You know what you want in life.
15:15You know the next big one's 50.
15:17Margot's only going to be 12.
15:19So I'm going to be like 60.
15:2160 before the kids are totally off hand.
15:23I know.
15:24Greg made it so clear that he did not want any kids at his party.
15:30So it will be really nice because it means we can all let our hair down and have a really fun child free trip.
15:37I do really, really need some ideas for you for your birthday.
15:43You're such a hard person to buy for.
15:44I know.
15:45I just need clothes because I don't ever buy myself clothes.
15:47Because look what happened when I went out and bought clothes.
15:49Yeah.
15:50Come back with all that football hooligan stuff and all that.
15:52But saying that, I'm not worried about labels anymore.
15:54Highest straight.
15:55Yeah.
15:56I'm just, I'm easy.
15:57Don't go spending loads of money on me.
15:58I'm a 40 year old man.
16:00What else can I get?
16:01You've got everything you need, haven't you?
16:04I have.
16:05Today, sisters Sam and Billy are in London, where they're having tests to determine their biological ages.
16:26Are you excited?
16:27I am actually.
16:28Me too.
16:29Are we feeling 50 or are we feeling 20?
16:32Well at the moment I'm feeling 100.
16:34I am really excited for this test, but also slightly nervous.
16:39I know.
16:40Could you imagine if one of us are like really older than the other?
16:43Yeah.
16:44Hi.
16:45Hello.
16:46How are you?
16:47Come on in.
16:48Come on in.
16:49Thank you so much.
16:51Well this is exciting.
16:52Very.
16:53You guys are about to do something, but to be honest, not enough people do.
16:57Because you're here to find out your biological age, right, which is your real age.
17:03So it's not the number in your passport, it's the number in your biology.
17:07Right.
17:08How long do you want to live for?
17:10I want to be a great great grandma.
17:12Nanny Margo, she was our great nan and then we had children.
17:15Children.
17:16So she was a great great...
17:17Ah.
17:18Yes.
17:19Okay.
17:20So that's what I would love to be.
17:21So you've got the potential genes then essentially.
17:23Yes.
17:24I just don't want to grow old to where there's no quality of life.
17:28Quite.
17:29So what you're talking about is this sort of gap between lifespan and health span.
17:34And what you want ideally is that gap between the two to be so short.
17:38For most people, those last 20 years are unwell, sick, dependent.
17:43Yeah.
17:44But if you're really proactive about your health now, actually that's not going to be the case.
17:49Nanny Sue is definitely grandparent goals.
17:51But I also want to be really active when I'm a great grandparent.
17:55Yeah, I feel like the way these joints are at the minute, I already am one.
17:59I haven't been very well.
18:01Oh.
18:02Basically my immune system has attacked the healthy tissue in my joints.
18:06Do you think that's going to affect this test?
18:08So it's going to uncover the level to which this is actually now stimulating inflammation
18:15and this process, which is a lovely word, inflammaging.
18:18Oh.
18:19I like that.
18:21Love that word.
18:22Inflammaging.
18:23Yeah, because inflammation speeds up ageing.
18:26Of course.
18:27We want to kind of get you as young as possible from your biology because that's then what
18:32later on triggers diseases and illnesses, et cetera.
18:36The test that we're about to do has also got some prediction in it.
18:39Mm-hm.
18:40So 10 years before you can even get symptoms, you could potentially pick up those small signals.
18:47You can prevent.
18:48You'll do something about it.
18:49Yeah, absolutely.
18:50Yeah.
18:51We've both got three children each and we're like in our 30s now.
18:55I used to be super fit and I used to go to the gym all the time.
18:58Yeah.
18:59Since having my kids I've not been consistent in years, like I'm talking 10 years.
19:03Mm-hm.
19:04And when you have children and you're working, you're doing everything for everybody else
19:07but you're never really doing it for yourself.
19:09Health is so pivotal, isn't it?
19:10Yeah.
19:11If you have purpose in your life.
19:12Yeah.
19:13You actually add seven and a half years to your lifespan.
19:16Mm-hm.
19:17Have you ever had anyone in their 30s come in, done the test and it's like, wow, oh my
19:20gosh, this is not good?
19:22Yes.
19:23Really?
19:24Yeah.
19:25So I guess it's...
19:26And does that person feel like they was fine?
19:28Yes.
19:29Mad, isn't it?
19:30I'll just share my number with you then.
19:32My prediction is to live a one million hour life.
19:37How old is that?
19:38One.
19:39So one million hours is 114 years.
19:42Wow.
19:43We can achieve that.
19:45You can achieve that.
19:46My own biological age is 31 years younger.
19:54Wow.
19:5531 years younger.
19:57So you can go, you can reverse a decade, two decades, three decades.
20:01That is amazing.
20:02You make me 17 again.
20:04Yeah.
20:05If she can take three decades off her age, I feel like Nelly and Rosie will actually let
20:10us hang out with them.
20:11Yeah.
20:12So it's a finger prick test.
20:13Okay.
20:14And then we drop blood onto a spot card.
20:16Okay.
20:17I actually think my biological age is going to be higher.
20:19I think especially where I've not been well.
20:21Well, if mine's younger, I'm going to be throwing a 30th birthday party again.
20:26I'm feeling alive.
20:32Good.
20:33We are done.
20:35I'm actually quite positive about it because whatever the result is, it's going to be a
20:39positive outcome.
20:40Once you measure it, you can modify it.
20:41Exactly.
20:42That's the most important thing to remember.
20:43So that's going to go whisking off to the lab.
20:45Okay.
20:46And I'll get back in touch in a couple of weeks' time.
20:48Thank you so much.
20:49Thank you so much.
20:51So lovely to meet you.
20:52Oh, you too.
20:54See you in a couple of weeks.
20:55See you soon.
20:56See you later.
20:58Bye.
20:59Bye.
21:00Bye.
21:01Bye.
21:02Bye.

21:12Bye.
21:13Bye.
21:14Bye.
21:15Bye.
21:16Bye.
21:17Bye.
21:18Bye.
21:19Bye.
21:20Bye.
21:21Bye.
21:22Bye.
21:23Bye.
21:24Bye.
21:25Bye.
21:26Bye.
21:27Bye.
21:28Bye.
21:29Bye.
21:30Bye.
21:31Bye.
21:32Bye.
21:33Bye.
21:34Bye.
21:35Bye.
21:36Bye.
21:37Bye.
21:38Bye.
21:39Bye.
21:40Bye.
21:41Bye.
21:42Bye.
21:43Bye.
21:44Bye.
21:45Bye.
21:46Bye.
21:47Bye.
21:48I feel that mum is at her most happiest when she's, like, at home
21:54with all her grandchildren, but then I feel like for mum
21:57she needs to take back something for herself.
21:59Yeah, like her own purpose.
22:00Her own purpose, yeah, which is, like, I think, career with mum a little bit
22:04and work and...
22:05Or what's going to fulfil me.
22:06Some people find their purpose really early in life,
22:08but I don't even think that I've found my actual purpose in life
22:12when I'm here on this earth.
22:13Same.
22:14Like, but I think mum's age and the menopause makes that worse.
22:19Yeah, I still need to sort out Greg's birthday present.
22:23Well, we can go shopping from here and have a little browse around the shop.
22:26Yeah, definitely.
22:29Coming up.
22:31Quick, come sit in the toilet.
22:33The juggle is real for Billie.
22:34I am using it. I'm waiting for a phone call, Arthur.
22:37Please give me my phone.
22:38Three, two, one.
22:40And whilst work continues to be non-stop for Sam,
22:43she contemplates adding even more to her plate.
22:46There could be another younger nightly one day, though, couldn't there?
22:49There could be.
22:57I could have my Gucci on.
23:00I'd go with my Louis Vuitton.
23:03With Billie in need of some gift advice, the sisters hit the shops.
23:07Greg is the hardest person to buy for.
23:10Really?
23:10It's really difficult to buy for.
23:11If Greg goes clothes shopping for himself,
23:15sometimes he's trying to find things which are a little bit cool.
23:19And then he shows me and I'm like,
23:20no, Greg, I don't think you should be wearing that.
23:22Or he sort of tends to stick to the same kind of thing,
23:25but in different colours.
23:26Now he's approaching 40, I feel like he does want a little bit of a revamp with his style.
23:33Would he wear a nice cap?
23:34No.
23:36He's definitely not a cap wearer.
23:38He used to be one of those that would spend a lot of money on clothes.
23:42Yeah.
23:43And then as he's got older, he's not really fussed.
23:46I think it's hard.
23:47For like a man, for a big birthday, right?
23:50It's like my 30th.
23:51He knew there was a bag that I loved.
23:54There was a necklace that I really liked.
23:55You know, like, jewellery bags.
23:57You can't really do that for men.
23:58Can't do that for men.
23:59I'm just looking for a couple of little wrap-up things for Greg today
24:02because I am actually surprising him with a trip to Mick and us,
24:06just the two of us.
24:07How does he even feel about turning 40?
24:09It doesn't bother him.
24:10You know, like, I don't think...
24:12He's not fast.
24:12I think women are a bit more like,
24:13oh, my gosh, like, I'm turning 40.
24:14Yeah, but I do look at Greg and I do think, like,
24:18I don't think he looks 40.
24:20Like, men are so lucky.
24:21They can be 40s, 50s, 60s and still be top of their game.
24:25Yeah.
24:25And look good because they age better.
24:27Imagine us getting, like, all rugged and not taking care of ourselves.
24:30I know.
24:30It just doesn't work like that.
24:31Yeah, it's different, isn't it?
24:34This sort of stuff, like the zips,
24:35this is all very Greg what he would wear with jeans.
24:38Yeah.
24:39See that?
24:40He hasn't got something like that.
24:41Yeah.
24:42Shall I go for this one for Greg?
24:43Yeah.
24:43Lovely.
24:44OK.
24:44Great.
24:45I've picked something really classic and classy for Greg.
24:48I'm hoping he's going to like it.
24:51This is for 65.
24:54Thank you so much.
24:57Bye.
25:07It's another hectic day for Billy with two kids to look after.
25:11Do you want to do it?
25:11And plenty of housework to be done.
25:13Thank you, Margot.
25:15You're so helpful.
25:16Arthur, I just really quickly need that phone, darling.
25:20One sec.
25:20I need to quickly speak to Xanthi, it's urgent.
25:23Please, I'll get back to you.
25:24Why can't you not do this on your iPad?
25:28Hi, darling.
25:30If you're free, like, in the next hour or so,
25:32can you just give me a call?
25:33Oh, so now I know where all the wipes are going.
25:40I am using it.
25:41I'm waiting for a phone call, Arthur.
25:43Please give me my phone.
25:44You wouldn't even use it.
25:46I know, but I'm going to be using it.
25:47Why would I use it?
25:49Because I know...
25:50I'll give it.
25:51All right, when my phone rings, please give me it.
25:54Right, are we finished with the oranges?
25:56Yeah.
25:57Mornings are always really chaotic in our house.
26:01It's always tidying up, trying to sort the kids out,
26:03get them ready,
26:04and it actually feels like I've already done a day's work
26:07before I've even got to 10am to start my actual work.
26:12Hi, Jazz.
26:13How are you? Are you all right?
26:15Yeah, I'm good. How are you?
26:17Yeah, not too bad.
26:18Yeah, so just wondering what's going on with the website
26:21and when are we going buying?
26:24Have we got a date yet?
26:24Yes, so Mum's actually bringing over a load of stuff
26:28for me to shoot today
26:29and then I thought if we get a date in next week
26:32and get...
26:33Because I feel like all the high summer stuff's coming in now, isn't it?
26:36Yeah, yeah, and all the bright colours.
26:38Yeah, and I feel like we want to be one step ahead,
26:40don't we, all the time now?
26:42So I'll speak to you over the weekend
26:43and then we'll get a date in for next week.
26:46OK, brilliant.
26:47Okey-dokes.
26:48Thanks, Jazz.
26:49Love you.
26:50Bye.
26:50Love you. Bye-bye.
26:52What are you up to, miss?
26:53We've got one slipper on.
26:55We've pulled the...
26:56Do you need to go wee-wee?
26:58Are you sure?
27:00Poo-poo.
27:01Poo-poo, you need poo-poo?
27:02Quick, come sit in the toilet.
27:04Mum, there's one for the phone now.
27:06Over in West London, there's no rest for Sam either,
27:16as she's busy recording content for her brand.
27:19Influences in the wild.
27:20Literally.
27:22Go.
27:26I'm really excited about the up-and-coming store launch.
27:28I've got loads of content to shoo
27:31and I actually don't find it that easy.
27:34Like, it doesn't come natural to me at all.
27:39Nice.
27:39And then I'll just get that.
27:41We just appreciate the fact that I'm not an influencer
27:43and that you get me doing these things.
27:45You are welcome.
27:46And I'm excelling myself.
27:47You are.
27:48So you're calling it mine.
27:49Two, three, go.
27:52OK, go.
27:55Yep.
27:56Perfect.
27:58Woo!
27:59But as Sam finishes her working day...
28:02..back in Essex, Billy is only just starting hers.
28:07Hello!
28:08Oh, you look nice.
28:10Is that everything, Mum?
28:11No, no, I've got some more stuff in the car.
28:13Should I put it in the office?
28:15I've run minis with Mum for about 14 years now
28:18and it's actually crazy to think where the time has gone.
28:22So if I stand here...
28:23Oh, she's got my glasses.
28:24Isn't it nice?
28:26Thank you, Mum.
28:27But we're now preparing to launch the new summer range,
28:30which I'm really excited about.
28:34Looks really nice, that one, Billy.
28:43Woo-hoo!
28:43It's not ideal, is it, doing stuff when the kids are at home,
28:48but sometimes, like, deadlines and, like, time isn't allowed to, like...
28:54You know, it has to be done at a certain time,
28:56so I've just got to get on with it and do it.
28:59Juggle is very real right now.
29:03Got it?
29:04Perfect.
29:05Woo, that's a wrap.
29:07Perfect.
29:07Pretty nice.
29:08Oh, actually, Mum, I meant to update you.
29:12So I went to see the doctor...
29:15Yeah.
29:15..and he looked at a few of my other results
29:17and he said to me,
29:19I'm almost certain this is not Lyme disease.
29:22Oh, my God, that's incredible.
29:23Yeah.
29:23He said, I'm going to do some more,
29:25very more specific, detailed bloods.
29:27But he was like,
29:28I don't think this is presenting as Lyme disease.
29:31That was his opinion.
29:33Well, that's a good thing, but...
29:34But, yeah, we'll see.
29:35What is it?
29:36What else is making you feel like this?
29:38I'm so relieved that it isn't Lyme disease.
29:41The only thing this does mean now
29:42is that I still actually don't know what is wrong with me,
29:45so I do feel like I'm back to square one.
29:47Well, obviously, they'll get to the bottom of it.
29:49I hope so.
29:50It's just taken quite a while, hasn't it?
29:52Anyway, now's not the time to worry about it.
29:54I've got to go and crack on with dinner
29:56and get the kids sorted.
29:57Yeah, come on, I'll come and help.
30:01Bye, everyone.
30:04With her launch content in the can,
30:07Sam is making the most of her child-free time
30:09as she meets sister-in-law Claudia for lunch.
30:12Good stuff.
30:14How are you?
30:14Good to see you.
30:17Can't wait to have a little catch-up.
30:18Good day.
30:19Good day.
30:21Hi, how are you?
30:22Good day.
30:23We'll have something.
30:24Apple Spritz?
30:25While we're child-free,
30:26yes, we'll have two Apple Spritz, please.
30:29It's so lovely to see Claudia
30:31and it's actually really nice
30:33to be able to have a proper catch-up
30:34without being interrupted by a small person
30:36every five minutes.
30:37I took my dad out the other day
30:38and he said, when they said no allergies,
30:40he went, no, just alcohol.
30:42That's good.
30:43Yeah, he's done so well, though, hasn't he?
30:45He's done amazing.
30:46So he's done eight whole months.
30:47He said that he went to a funeral the other day.
30:49He said that that was probably
30:50the hardest hurdle that he's come to
30:52was being at a funeral.
30:54Oh, really?
30:54He said because it was a good friend of his that died,
30:56he felt like he needed to be having a drink
30:58to toast his life.
30:59He said, I was there not even 20 minutes
31:01and had to leave.
31:02Yeah, like all these occasions.
31:03You'd think it would be like,
31:04partying would be hard,
31:06but actually, for him, it was the opposite.
31:08He felt like it was a huge temptation,
31:10so he left.
31:10I went, well, well done.
31:11Like, you left.
31:12You've done it.
31:13It's just crazy, isn't it?
31:15He's like, new lease of life.
31:17He's in the gym every day.
31:18I know.
31:19He looks amazing.
31:20He's put weight on, like,
31:21because Dad wasn't eating.
31:22Like, all the time,
31:23he was such an alcoholic.
31:25He just wasn't eating anything.
31:26So, if you imagine, like...
31:27And Eloise's laughing,
31:29because he's like,
31:29oh, I've got to lose a bit of...
31:30I went, yeah, but you actually look really good.
31:31I went, you want to be a skinny old man.
31:33From then till, like, now,
31:34what are, like...
31:35The difference.
31:35He doesn't even think
31:36he would have made this birthday
31:37if he'd...
31:38I don't think he probably would have done.
31:39You can tell when he talks about it,
31:41he's a bit...
31:42gets a bit choked up,
31:43but you would, wouldn't you?
31:44Because I feel like he has a lot of regrets
31:45in terms of, like,
31:47being around for family more
31:48and the grandkids and us
31:49and what we've been exposed to.
31:52Well done.
31:52Well done, Dave.
31:53You're doing great.
31:54I know.
31:55He's on a bit of a health one, so...
31:57Actually, so me and my sister,
31:58I mean, you know,
31:59Billy was really poorly
32:00not so long ago.
32:01So we've been doing
32:02biological age tests,
32:04doing everything and anything
32:06on this kind of, like, wellness...
32:09Wellness check.
32:09But, like, to me, I was like,
32:11I want to do it all homeopathic
32:12and holistic
32:13and just kind of
32:14see what's going on
32:16with the bodies.
32:16I think when you get to your 30s,
32:18everything starts changing.
32:19Yeah, it does.
32:19Skin starts changing a little bit.
32:21Yeah.
32:22Like, body a bit more.
32:23And I think, like,
32:24I start getting a bit more tired.
32:26But they say
32:27women need more sleep
32:28than men do.
32:29They do.
32:29We need 12 hours.
32:30Oh, lovely.
32:31Yes.
32:33Can we have this
32:33for part of our wellness journey?
32:35Yeah.
32:36Would you say this is healthy?
32:37Orange life.
32:37Yeah.
32:38Vitamin C.
32:39Which is to
32:40us being back together again.
32:42Yes.
32:42Because we probably see each other
32:43once every couple of months.
32:46It's not enough, though, is it?
32:47No, it's not.
32:47It's such a treat
32:48to have a proper catch-up
32:49with Claudia.
32:50Even though we find ourselves
32:51talking about the kids,
32:53it's nice to not have them
32:54interrupting us today.
32:55Rosie, at home,
32:57she's the best help.
32:58I just love it.
33:00There could be another
33:01younger nightly one day,
33:02though, couldn't there?
33:02There could be.
33:03We can't.
33:04Do you have three?
33:05I feel like four
33:06is nice and even
33:07as well, though.
33:07Yeah, two and two.
33:09I just think...
33:10I'd like another girl
33:10that I've got...
33:11Yeah, yeah.
33:12That is different.
33:13I know.
33:13If I could,
33:14I'd probably have five.
33:15I know what you mean.
33:15Six, seven.
33:16Don't know what Paul's
33:17going to be like.
33:18Back up.
33:19Maybe next time
33:20we need to time it
33:21so we're making
33:22the same time.
33:23Yes, I would have
33:24another baby,
33:25but honestly,
33:26it's been so hard
33:27having three.
33:29So at this stage
33:30right now,
33:31I'm really happy,
33:32but I don't know,
33:33maybe.
33:34We're so lucky
33:35that we was in town
33:36on the same day.
33:36I know.
33:37It's been so nice.
33:39I know.
33:39We're not going home.
33:40Who are we?
33:42You just dropped it.
33:50Coming up,
33:51Edward causes
33:52mischief at the farm shop.
33:53Oi!
33:54They'll ask you
33:54to leave his restaurant.
33:56Back, where's he coming?
33:56I feel like
33:58I've massively
33:59turned a corner
33:59for last week.
34:01He's not waking up
34:01in tears or anything.
34:02And Billie puts
34:03her health worries aside
34:04as she heads to Dubai.
34:17It's almost time
34:18for Greg's big birthday
34:19trip to Dubai.
34:20You look fit
34:21now you've been
34:22pumping some iron
34:24at the gym.
34:25But first,
34:26they need to decide
34:27what to pack.
34:30So I'm thinking
34:30this shirt,
34:31like white chinos
34:32and then shoes
34:33you've got me.
34:34White chinos?
34:35Or something like that.
34:36Snazzy!
34:37I need you to style me.
34:38Right, I feel like
34:39now you're 40.
34:40Are we changing up
34:42your style a little bit?
34:43Yeah, I'm going
34:44less logos.
34:45Good, I like to hear that.
34:46And I'm not worried
34:47about walking around
34:48in the top that'll cost
34:48three, four hundred quid anymore.
34:50Are you excited?
34:51Yeah, it'd be nice
34:51to have like a few days
34:52without getting woken up
34:53at six o'clock
34:54in the morning
34:54with a screaming baby.
34:56To be fair,
34:57I am,
34:58obviously I know,
35:00I feel like I've not long
35:01got back from Samantha's
35:02but I have to be
35:03really honest with you,
35:05up until,
35:06I'd say,
35:06the last week,
35:07I've been kind of
35:08dreading it a bit.
35:09Only because of how
35:10I've been feeling
35:11but I feel like
35:12I've massively
35:13turned a corner
35:13the last week.
35:15Yeah, you're actually
35:16not waking up
35:17in tears or anything.
35:19Obviously, I know
35:20I was in Dubai
35:20for Samantha's
35:21but it was very different.
35:23And your back.
35:24It was really tame,
35:25like we could chill out.
35:27Hello.
35:28Hello, Poppy.
35:29Hello, pretty girl.
35:31It wasn't like
35:32loads of like
35:33drinking involved.
35:35What I don't want to do
35:36is
35:38I don't want to
35:40I don't want to go back.
35:41Do you know what I mean?
35:42I don't want to go backwards, Greg.
35:43I feel quite relieved
35:44that I'm feeling
35:45a lot better
35:46for Greg's birthday trip
35:48because
35:48I obviously
35:49haven't been very well
35:50and I wasn't
35:51looking forward to it
35:52as much
35:52thinking that I'm going to be
35:54in a lot of pain
35:54out there still
35:55but I feel like now
35:57I can just really relax
35:58and enjoy the trip.
36:00These
36:01have got to go.
36:02They're lucky.
36:03The colour
36:03and they're all like
36:05and I'll keep them.
36:05They're lucky.
36:06Bobbly.
36:07Lucky for who?
36:07Where's the white ones
36:08that I've got?
36:09So I'm going to wear that
36:10one day
36:11with white linen shirt
36:13for what we wore
36:13at the wedding
36:14in the Maldives.
36:15We're going to miss you
36:16little poppet.
36:18Sometimes it is really hard
36:19to leave the kids
36:20however
36:20Greg and I
36:21haven't done anything
36:22like this with our friends
36:23for such a long time
36:24and I feel like
36:25if you can't do it
36:25when you're 40
36:26when can you do it?
36:27I haven't been able to train
36:28as much as I wanted to.
36:29Oh don't.
36:30I feel the worst
36:31I've ever felt.
36:32Such a shame.
36:33The good thing is
36:33you're on the mend
36:34and we'll all be there
36:35for four nights
36:38and no kids.
36:39I was really thinking
36:40about doing
36:40the Saturday Night Fever dance
36:41on the boat
36:42and then I tried to do it
36:43and it broke so badly.
36:46Pardon?
36:46I attempted to do it.
36:48Go on and show me.
36:49He does like this.
36:50Sorry, it's like when you're a kid.
36:50He does like this
36:51and he goes
36:51it goes like this
36:54like jumps from the boat
36:54and goes like this
36:56and swings back up.
36:58I was going to do
36:59a little entrance
36:59and then it just didn't work.
37:00Your mum would be so proud.
37:03I'm going to let you
37:04sort them bits out
37:05yeah?
37:05Yeah.
37:06Come on Missy.
37:09I had a dream
37:10and I'd just fly away
37:11away
37:12oh
37:12The big day
37:13has finally arrived.
37:15It's time for Billy and Greg
37:16to jet off
37:17to sunny Dubai
37:18child free.
37:19Here we all are
37:20ready to check in.

37:28as well as lots of others
37:29but it does feel
37:31quite weird
37:32not having the kids with us
37:33however
37:33I just feel like
37:35I really need to make the most of it.
37:38A glass of champagne
37:40on the flight
37:40would be rude not to.
37:47After a long flight
37:48Billy and Greg
37:49arrive at their hotel
37:50in Dubai.
37:52Oh my god
37:52look at this
