00:55particular na ukol sa reinforced concrete river wall projects sa Baliwag, Bulacan.

01:11na supposedly ginawa po ng first engineering district ng Bulacan
01:17through SIMS construction trading, nasa NEP po ito ng 2025, nasa GAAP po ito ng 2025.

01:32Yung pong sinasabi po ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas na substandard project na inimplement din po sa Bulacan.
01:40Pero ang tanong sino nga bang dapat managot sa mga ganitong proyekto, tugon ng kongresista?
01:46Well, kailangan natin makita yung buong mga dokumento pero mayroon pong actual, real, ultimate liability yung pong DPWH po rito.

01:59iginiit niyang pag-aaralan nila ang naging pahayag ni Congressman Redon.

02:05Of course, I am on top of the entire agency but there are yung mga authorities that have been delegated to the district offices and the regional offices.
02:16And I think we have already undertaken all the necessary documentation and sanctions na naano doon na sa mga involved district offices.

03:14Accountability yan. So kailangan sumagot sila lahat sa aligasyon, sa mga sitwasyon na kailangan nilang humarap sa media.
