00:00We begin with the latest moves to liberalize the skies above Saudi Arabia.
00:04Back in May, it was announced that barriers had been lifted,
00:08which prevented international charter operators from offering domestic services.
00:12This in a bid to boost competitiveness and attract global investment,
00:16as well as expand the private aviation segment, all very much in line with Vision 2030.
00:23It's been announced that the private jet operator VistaJet is set to be allowed to fly domestic routes in Saudi Arabia,
00:29making it the first foreign private jet operator to be allowed to do so.
00:34Well, we are delighted to be joined now by Thomas Flohr, who is the founder and chairman of VistaJet.
00:40He joins us from Milan. Thank you very much indeed for joining us, Mr. Flohr.
00:43Very exciting news for VistaJet. What does this mean for your company?
00:49Well, how are you? Great to see you.
00:52Well, we're extremely excited to serve our new and existing clients.
00:56And like you said, it's exactly in line with the vision of the leadership of the country.
01:03Obviously, with our global fleet, we have the infrastructure, we have the operations in place to immediately start serving.
01:11We actually already had our first flights in the country.
01:14And, you know, on the back of the first half of 2025, we saw a 32 percent increase in our program members in the kingdom year over year.
01:24And that's kind of like highlighting the drive and demand for both domestic and the global flying that is that is coming from the country.
01:33And when you say your program in Saudi Arabia, what does that mean?
01:36People who've bought into a sort of a subscription, a membership, how does it work?
01:39So that's exactly right. So typically we are making it very, very simple for our clients rather than having to buy an airplane or a fraction of an airplane.
01:47They just buy the hours they need. It's a three year subscription and they buy as many hours on whichever airplane is serves them best.
01:56And they can use them anywhere in the world, whether it's being in the kingdom or in America or in Asia or in Europe.
02:02It's a global, simple membership, a very short contract.
02:06And it allows having access to our fleet of approximately 250 aircraft, no matter where and within shortest notice.
