At an executive order signing event at the Oval Office on Monday, President Trump was asked about funding for the rebuilding of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

00:08Is that contingent on Westmore cleaning up the streets?

00:11No, we were very generous to him on a bridge.

00:13A boat ran into a bridge and the bridge came down like I've never seen anything.

00:17The boat just shows you the mass of that boat, the power of that boat.

00:22People were up on that bridge, painters, they were painting the bridge and they were watching it happen.

00:27And they thought they were very safe.

00:28They all died.
