00:42They can pick the premise.
00:44They can pick the studio.
00:46I'm going to...
00:47I'll be able to go wherever they say.
00:50People are going more and more against protestas.
00:55People are fed up with blockades.
00:58People are fed up with violence.
01:00That was happening in particular in the recent weeks.
01:05The protestas are now calling for a snap election.
01:08Is there going to be one?
01:10Is this something that you think could move things forwards?
01:13We wanted to fulfill all their requirements, all their requests, all their demands.
01:18And I was referring to them, saying, okay, we are doing it.
01:21We are doing that.
01:22We did that.
01:23Are you happy with that?
01:24They were saying, no, we continue with this.
01:26Now this is bigger than us, bigger than you.
01:28I said then, okay, you want to go for a referendum against myself?
01:34I'm ready to go within two days.
01:36They were saying, no, that's a treason, that's a betrayal.
01:40If someone accepts it, we don't go, we are not politicians, we don't need politics.
01:45After that, I was offering elections.
01:48They were also saying the same.
01:50Butchic also said that the path of Serbia towards the full adhesions of the European Union is the main priority for the fact that Belgrado maintains relations with Moscow and seeks aliances with Pekin.
02:05Till I leave the place, Serbia will remain very firmly on EU path, committed and dedicated to that path, conducting and implementing necessary reforms.
02:17But there are some other things that we can do together, which is unique market, which is a region without real frontiers, without real borders, without any obstacles for trading or flowing capital, people, whatever.
02:35However, this is something that we need to accomplish before we get closer to EU.
02:42There are a lot of stuff to be done for us and I'm very much aware of that.
02:46You've said that you've no doubts it has a European future.
02:50Yes.
02:50Can I ask you to give a direct message, one to the Serbian people and one to the European audiences?
02:57You know, what will Serbia win from joining?
02:59What will the EU gain from you being part of the EU?
03:05I know thousands of things which we're going to gain joining the EU.
03:13And it's not only economy, politically, I think that Serbia can get many things, can get long-term stability, safety and security as well, can guarantee to its people peace for many decades, which is of an utmost importance.
03:35And also observance in respect of basic democratic and human rights.
