00:08As I lay down to rest, I surrender all my worries, fears, and anxieties into your loving hands.
00:16Lord, I know that fear is not from you, for your word says you have not given us a spirit of fear,
00:23but of power, love, and a sound mind. Strengthen me with that promise tonight.
00:30Jesus, I ask you to surround my mind and heart with your presence.
00:36Let every fearful thought be replaced with the assurance of your love.
00:41Remind me that you are my refuge and fortress, my ever-present help in times of trouble.
00:46When darkness tries to overwhelm me, let your light shine within me, calming my soul.
00:53I pray that your angels watch over me and my loved ones through the night.
00:57Guard my home with your peace, and let no harm come near.
01:03Cover me with the precious blood of Jesus, and protect me from every plan of the enemy.
01:09May I rest without fear, knowing that you never sleep nor slumber, but always keep watch over me.
