00:00Heavenly Father, I come before you tonight with a humble heart, seeking your peace and protection.

00:08As I lay down to rest, I surrender all my worries, fears, and anxieties into your loving hands.

00:16Lord, I know that fear is not from you, for your word says you have not given us a spirit of fear,

00:23but of power, love, and a sound mind. Strengthen me with that promise tonight.

00:30Jesus, I ask you to surround my mind and heart with your presence.
