00:00Since we have with us today the Ambassador of the State of Israel, I'd like to say that
00:04Russia takes active part in not allowing the current aggravation of the Palestinian-Israeli
00:12conflict to exacerbate and lead to the Great War in the Middle East.
00:19We're convinced that bringing sides towards reconciliation and reaching stable, long-term
00:25settlement is only by following the international legal form and by releasing the two-state formula
00:31that has been confirmed and adopted within the UN Security Council and the General Assembly.
00:40Here we also have the ambassadors of the friendly states of Myanmar, Burkina Faso, Malaysia, Bosnia
00:46and Herzegovina, India, Argentina, Kenya, LOPDR, Ethiopia, Niger and Zimbabwe.
00:53The cooperation of Russia with this country has a full-scale nature, is mutually beneficial
01:02and is carried out in the spirit of true partnership.
01:04It's based on the principle of respect for sovereign interests of one another.
01:09And we will continue to foster the development of bilateral context in politics and economics
01:15in the humanitarian area and culture, sports and education.
01:18Allow me to use that as an example, the relations of Russia with India that have reached the
01:23level of highly privileged strategic partnership.
01:27Our countries have been cooperating both on bilateral and multilateral formats in the UN,
01:32the SCO, in the G20 and of course in BRICS.
01:40All this has been clearly confirmed by mining talks with the Prime Minister Modi in Kazan.
01:49Using the high representation of the group of African ambassadors, I cannot forget to point
01:57out that this weekend, Sochi, after the last year's summit, Russia-Africa, there will be the
02:04first ministerial form of the Russian-African partnership, we operate based on principles
02:09that we will discuss conjoined plans of further expansion of coordinations of Russia with the
02:14states of the continent.
02:17And these connections are especially developing, bringing mutual benefit to all of our states,
02:23contributing to economic and social growth and bring well-being to all the people.
02:28I can also speak in the same positive key about the relations of each of the friendly states
02:35represented here from Asia and Latin America.
02:38And of course, I'm happy to see here the ambassadors of Belarus, Kyrgyzia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
02:44These states are our closest neighbors, our greatest friends, our natural strategic partners and
02:51allies of Russia.
02:53We've seen their leaders just recently in October in Moscow during the CIS summit.
03:01And following the tradition, we will reconvene at the end of December to sum up the results
03:07of the year and make new plans.
03:10In 2025, together, we will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic
03:15War, contribution to which was brought by the nations of all the peoples of the Commonwealth.
03:23Addressing the ambassador of Belarus, I would like to point out that recently, the friendly,
03:30brotherly relations between Russia and Belarus have intensified.
03:36And December marks 25 years since the creation of the allied state.
03:42And Minsk will hold the meeting of the highest state council of the state.
03:48Allow me to take this opportunity and wish the Belarus people all the success of hosting the
03:55presidential elections planned for January of next year.
03:59Together with Kyrgyz, we've recently celebrated 100 years of creation Kyrgyz autonomous region.
04:07Back then, we've started the consolidation of the Kyrgyz nation, forming its territorial,
04:14cultural identity within a united administrative entity.
04:20And then a creation of sovereign, independent Kyrgyz state, who we share truly allied relationship
04:27with.
04:28It's in this spirit that we continue to build our cooperation with Armenia and Azerbaijan.
04:33We've done and continue to do everything to normalize the Azerbaijan-Armenian relations,
04:38to ensure stable peace in the Caucasus region.
04:43We will continue to provide all efforts in order to work out a peaceful agreement to delimitate
04:49the state border and unblock the economic and transport connections within the trilateral
04:55agreements at the highest level from 2020-2022.
05:01Cannot forget to mention the satisfaction that the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia used the
05:05form of the BRIC summit in Kazan and had a fruitful talk on the principal issues towards
05:13achieving durable peace and interstate agreement in the region.
05:18Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, at the end I would like to wish all of you the great
05:24success in your professional work in carrying out such an important diplomatic mission.
05:29I hope that your stay and work in Russia will leave the greatest imprint and memories.
