00:00But I want to talk about that, Miss Universe.

00:06I know that sometimes you're a bit tired because everybody asks you about what happened in 1969.

00:12But this one, I want to know, because it's been released in our feeds, especially in my feed.

00:21Did you have an inkling that you were going to win?

00:24No, definitely not. But I didn't think I was going to lose.

00:28I mean, you don't go into a contest and say,

00:32Oh, I'm going to lose. I didn't have that attitude.

00:35Okay, enjoy. I'm sure I'm going to be okay.

00:38But you were not specific in saying that I'm going to get a crown.

00:45Or were you?

00:45You know, when you're young, it's not like that.

00:48When you're young, it's like go with the flow.

00:50That's why you're not as tense.

00:52I think it's when you're old and you have a lot of responsibilities.

00:55Like now, the girls are a little bit older.

00:58So, they're the breadwinners. They have to do this.

01:02Well, for me, my role was, that's the first time I'm away from home.

01:06So, enjoy me.

01:08You were just having fun?

01:09Yeah, not only having fun.

01:10Like discovering so many.

01:12That's the first time I went to the States.

01:31Because they give us all deodorants and stuff like that.

01:34When you're so young, you don't do those things, right?

01:38So, it was an exploration.

01:41Yes.

01:41Of glory at 18.

01:43I was the youngest.

01:44You were the youngest.

01:45I was the youngest girl there.

01:46And then, they talked about, in the beginning, because when you have the, how do you call that?

01:51When they tell you about what to do, they also introduce the pill, right?

01:56Okay.

01:57So that nobody gets pregnant.

02:01Okay, okay.

02:02Go with the flow.

02:03Because before, usually the girls were between 18 to 21, 22, right?

02:10In fact, there was one girl who was always being introduced.

02:13And the oldest among the crowd are 24-year-old contestants from I don't know where.

02:18Wala naman 24-year-old contestant noon eh.

02:21By 24, dapat may karirnan.

02:23But iba na ngayon eh.

02:27Pero if a man landed, if a man to the moon landed in your hometown, what do you do to entertain him?

02:33How would you answer that question today?
