A little stylish twist on skewers that’s both fun and delicious 😋

I grilled mine in the garden using a shichirin (charcoal grill)!
Just got a new table made for it too—my shichirin life has leveled up! So cozy

🍅 Ingredients (for 4 skewers) 🍅

4 skewers

12 cherry tomatoes

Mozzarella (cut into bite-sized pieces)

8 slices of bacon (long enough to wrap around cheese)

Olive oil (as needed)

Salt & pepper (to taste)

🍅 How to Make 🍅

Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, wash, and pat dry.

Cut the mozzarella and Beef, then wrap each mozzarella piece with beef

Thread cherry tomatoes and beef-wrapped mozzarella onto skewers.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Grill over charcoal, turning until evenly cooked.
(At home, you can use a toaster oven lined with foil.)

Once the mozzarella gets perfectly melty—it’s done! ✨
(Careful not to overcook or it’ll get too gooey—yep, I learned the hard way 🤣)
