00:06and I felt like I was really low energy

00:11I mean, I was motivated, of course,

00:12but I felt like everything was going really tough

00:15and I couldn't show my best

00:18and the body was really weak,

00:20so I felt like, OK, I need to take a little break

00:23and a little recharge and come back stronger.

00:27And I think it was really much needed

00:29and I think I did everything right.
