05:06Obviously, Max has been impressive during the pre-season,

05:10but it's another step coming on in the Premier League.

05:12How much did you have to think about that?

05:14How exciting is it for you and the team that he's able to perform like that in a full stadium?

05:19Well, this is what we see every single day in training.

05:22You know, and I think we just gather information about how he handles certain situations

05:28in terms of training, being in the squad and not being selected afterwards in Manchester,

05:33coming on the bench and feeling ready.

05:35But again, a big compliment to his family as well.

05:39I think there is a kid with a level of maturity, stability and hunger

05:45that is very difficult to see.

05:48And obviously to the academy, pair all the coaches and everyone that has been involved in that journey.

05:53Because there is a kid here that has zero hesitation.

05:56He's so convinced that he can go at 15 and deliver that,

05:59which I never witnessed in my life.

06:01And for us, you know, it brings joy, it brings emotion and something else that makes our jobs so great.

06:10Michael, is there a slight change in a good way about the club in that

06:14I kind of feel that in previous seasons, if the ground had seen Odegaard and Saka going off

06:21in the same game at the start of the season,

06:24there would almost be a feeling that the challenge was over and they were that important.

06:29But now you have so much talent, you know, you have Eze who could come in,

06:33lots of the way Juan Rari came in.

06:36Is it a different feel now, maybe not quite as much reliance on style players?

06:43Well, you just have to see the evolution and the way the team played,

06:48the amount of minutes that team played in 23-24,

06:51you can name the team that started in 11.

06:53Last year it was a bit different because of the amount of injuries we had as well.

06:58And the start has not been great in that sense, but we are much better equipped,

07:02without a doubt.

07:03And it's just necessary.

07:04If you want to compete at this level and be very dominant,

07:08there is not any other option.

07:10I think so, and very complimentary of them.

07:23I spoke to them and what I love is they are going to maintain that philosophy

07:28that way of playing on Monday, they are super impressive.

07:31We all know the stadium and the people that they have right behind them,

07:34and I'm sure they are going to be fine.

07:37Just one quick last one on Eze.

07:40Is it that kind of X factor that he's got that is the most exciting thing for you?

07:46And also just a really basic question, where are you going to play?

07:49Yeah, the first one without a doubt.

07:52I think he has the capacity to create these magic moments.

07:55He can do it from different positions, different situations.

07:59He's got that flair, he's got that charisma as well about him

08:02that is very contagious and let's use it in the right way.

08:06He can play different positions.

08:08We know he can play as an attacking midfield, right or left, he doesn't care.

08:11He plays shifted to the left as well, he's very comfortable there.

08:15We will gather information again the moment he's on that pitch

08:18and start to link and feel connection with people.

08:21I'm sure we will find the right place for him.
