00:00Bharat aaj bhi sare jahan se achha lagta hai.
00:07These were the words of Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla after returning to India from the International Space Station.
00:13In a press conference with Deshro Chief Dr. Veen Arayanan, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh and Group Captain Prashant Veenayar, who's a part of the Gaganayan crew.
00:22At the press conference, Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, the mission pilot in the recent Exeom 4 spaceflight, provided in-depth insights into the mission and its importance for India's human spaceflight goals, highlighting the critical knowledge acquired through direct experience in space.
00:38Apart from that, the Deshro Chief Dr. Veen Arayanan recounted India's achievements in space throughout the recent years.
00:45Deshro Chief Veen Arayanan announced that the first Gaganayan test mission will launch in December.
00:49This mission is part of Gaganayan 2025, India's first planned human spaceflight mission.
00:56Apart from this, he stated that the GSLV F-16 rocket successfully placed the prestigious NASA-ISRO synthetic aperture radar, i.e. NISAR satellite, on July 30.
01:06This satellite, which is a joint venture between NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, i.e. JPL and ISRO, is functioning perfectly.
01:14In the next two to three months, ISRO will launch a 6,500 kilograms communication satellite for the USA using one of their launch vehicles.
01:23To this, he extended a note of thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his constant encouragement.
01:29Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, while addressing the gathering, said that India's space initiatives have been cost-effective,
01:34and the recent Operation Sindhuur gave us an opportunity to test our rocket abilities.
01:39He affirmed that the Axiom-4 mission will benefit the country's space program.
01:42I think in a single mission, through a single mission, our astronauts have lived up to three or four flagship mantras,
01:54which Prime Minister Modi has been constantly practicing, propagating over the last nearly 12 years, ever since he's been at the helm.
02:03Moreover, Group Captain Prashant, who's a part of the Gaganyan crew, gave an interesting analogy stating the Hindu epic Ramayana,
02:10calling himself Lakshman to Subhanshu's Ram.
02:12A few months from now, we're going to be having Diwali, and that's the time when Sri Ramji entered Ayodhya.
02:23Over here right now, to the Ram that is Shooks, if I can call myself Lakshman,
02:29it feels like there's Diwali here today, when all our countrymen are here to receive us.
02:34But remember, even though I'm elder to Shooks, I would love to be Lakshman to this Ram any day.
02:43That's how professional he is.
02:46Apart from giving references to Ramayana, Group Captain Prashant explained the experience out there as Sat, Chit and Anandam.
02:54In a detailed explanation, this is how he's shaped things.
02:57Sat as Satya, that is the time of Bharat has come.
03:02Chit as Shivam, that we believe one is everyone, and we share knowledge.
03:07Anandam as Sundaram, completing the Satyam Shivam Sundaram.
03:11He said everything is beautiful.
03:13Bharat believes in the oneness of humanity, and the future is space and technology.
03:18Reiterating his heartfelt gratitude to the people of India,
03:21Group Captain Prashant reflected on the journey with humility and wisdom,
03:24saying the leaves will not blossom if the foundation is not strong.
03:29What has been a slogan since, you know, Daisy Memorial in this country.
03:33Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan.
03:35But add to it, Jai Vaigyanik Nao.
03:39And also, why not?
03:42Jai Har Bharatiya.
03:44You are the reason we are here.
03:47We get to wear the cool suits and look good in front of the camera.
03:50Concluding his address, Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla had a message for the children of the country.
03:55Here's what his message was.
03:57All the kids who are listening to this message, I was sitting there with you,
04:01I was sitting on the chairs that you are sitting on today,
04:03and I had never thought I would reach here, I would go to space.
04:07But my message to you is, if I can do this, you can do this too.
04:10And we have to make it work, and we have to go forward from here.
04:14One mission after another, we'll have Gaganyan, we'll have Gaganyan,
04:17and thereafter, Bharti Antrik Station, and we'll have a series of missions.
04:20So I want you to dream, I want you to think that you can do this,
04:24and we will together make this happen.
04:26Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla etched his name in history as the first Indian
04:30to journey to the International Space Station aboard Axiom Mission 4.
04:34After spending nearly three weeks in space,
04:36he returned to Earth on July 15th, marking a proud moment for the nation.
