00:00We were doing a little thing earlier saying the guys that we thought impressed us,

00:04what we see as a potential pro bowler.

00:06Who's impressed you this year, the guys you see come out and they are reaching their potential?

00:09Yeah, it's easy for me to go from year one to year two

00:12because those are people that make the biggest jumps.

00:16And so I can say that early on, I saw it with Jordan McGee,

00:19and I see that with McCaffrey, and I see that with Coleman,

00:23that switch to guard and what it can be.

00:25So that's where it starts for me of guys going from, like, one to two.

00:32Saner still is certainly one.

00:33Quan Martin is one.

00:35I thought he had a very good year.

00:37But, like, man, he's further.

00:40And some of it's the unseen work.

00:43Like, he's also becoming one of the leaders around here.

00:46And his voice, his effort.

00:48So he would also be one for me that is like, okay,

00:51this guy has turned into a real heavy hitter on the special team side.

00:56Yankoff has been one that I felt him covering kicks and being physical.

00:59So those are a few for me.

01:01But Quan, I'm seeing it on and off the field.

01:04You've heard us talk about leaders like Tress Way or Jeremy Reeves,

01:08Zach Ertz or Wagner.

01:10But, like, Quan Martin, like, that's part of our job of, like,

01:13identifying and bringing along other leaders.

01:17And if you have a lot of them, man, you've got a chance to do good things.

01:20And Quan, he is turning into a team leader, not just, you know,

01:24somebody that does his thing at a good level.
