00:00Emmanuel.
00:02Thank you, Mr. President, for organizing this meeting
00:06and for your commitment.
00:09And everything was said, but I just have to say here,
00:13everybody around this table is in favor of peace.
00:18And we work very hard and we've worked very hard
00:21during the past few years to have a peace
00:23which is a robust and longstanding peace.
00:27This is why the idea of a trilateral meeting is very important
00:32because this is the only way to fix it.
00:34And by the way, I think as a follow-up,
00:37we would need probably a quadrilateral meeting
00:38because when we speak about security guarantees,
00:41we speak about the whole security of the European continent.
00:44And this is why we are all united here with Ukraine on this matter.
00:50In order to organize such a trilateral meeting,
00:52your idea to ask for a truth,
00:55or at least to stop the killings as we discuss is a necessity.
01:01And we all support this idea.
01:04And in order to have such a longstanding peace for Ukraine
01:07and for the whole continent,
01:08we do need security guarantees.
01:12And the first one is clearly a credible Ukrainian army
01:15for the years and decades to come.
01:18And the second one is our own commitments, all of us.
01:21And we worked very hard during the past few months
01:24among the coalition of the willings with the support of NATO
01:28to build the different pillars of security guarantees
01:31and our commitments.
01:33And you can be sure that the Europeans are very lucid
01:35about the fact that they have their fair share
01:37in these security guarantees for Ukraine,
01:40but their own security is clearly at stake in this situation.
01:44So you can count on us as we can count on you
01:47in order to deliver this robust peace
01:51for both Ukraine and Europe.
01:54Thank you very much, Emmanuel.
01:55Mr. President.
